Lying in bed here with wife and two kids sound asleep. Need I say more. Great facilities for kids and us with the pool, spa and gym. The biggest seller for me is the people. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and want to make your accommodation and eating experience as pleasant as possible. I had rare fillet... More

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend (it was our anniversary), and we weren't disappointed! The rooms are decorated beautifully, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the spa is amazing too. The bar downstairs serves very good cocktails.

I stayed here in March, for one night while visiting someone, and was very happy with everything. The check in was really informative & friendly and the room was just right... Maybe a bit hot but thats just me! I ate in the restaurant, the food was quite good, bit expensive though. Cian, the guy in charge of the restaurant,... More

We stayed at the Osprey in March for 3 x nights in a family room. PLUS POINTS. Great value and best deals to be had by ringing the hotel itself. Massive bedroom with additional beds, cot, and still lots of space for the kids to play. Very friendly staff especially breakfast ladies. ( They are more mature and have lots... More

Recently came to this hotel as one of the Kildare roses and I was absolutely appalled by the treatment our event coordinators received. The event was rushed, they closed the bar early, staff were rude. Just as the selection was finished we were kicked out of the ballroom and shoved into the blue room upstairs in time night club for... More

My sister had her wedding reception in this lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Food was great, staff extremely helpful and friendly. We also had treatments in the Spa which were lovely and used the pool. Would definitely stay again.

I want to like this hotel, really I do. The staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. Food in the bar is reasonable although the menu is pretty straighforward, standard stuff.....I guess that's what most people want. Unfortunately there are a number of instances where the hotel would benefit from some real attention to detail to make the whole experience far... More

On Friday April 4th I arrived at your hotel with my Boyfriend for a 2 night stay. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and we were happy with the room. We decided to have dinner in the Mash Restaurant that night. When we got to the restaurant we were advised there would be a 15 min... More

Dear Ashling2511, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for the problems you encountered during your stay, particularly in the restaurant where the service and standards you have every right to expect were lacking, I can assure you that I will follow this up personally. The bath stopper in our bathrooms is actually fitted into the bath itself, a... More

I attended my friends hen party here and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated with such professionalism and friendliness, from the reception staff to the bar staff, Damien conducting the "cocktail" class was attentive and entertaining, we were taken care of with seating arrangements etc! Dinner and breakfast was top quality. Special word for the young... More
