We were delighted with our stay at this wonderful hotel. We found this hotel through a very nice lady who owns the avondale bb on the Dublin rd in naas, she was full for that night, but she called around and found the harbour hotel had rooms for us. My wife, my in-laws who are in there eighties and I were... More

Stayed for two nights and Mrs Monaghan was lovely. She is also very helpful with directions. The room was comfortable but could do with a revamp also the bathroom could do with a good clean. The room was a bit noisey with the traffic so if you are a light sleeper I would ask for a back bedroom. The breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way home to Cork. We were greeted at reception by Mrs Monaghan and after a bit of friendly bantering we made our way to our room. The room was basic but had everything that was needed and the beds were very comfortable. We opted to have dinner at the... More

The old lady on reception was very unhelpful and rude. She was not one bit accommodating nor she did even crack a smile , looked like she did not even want to invite us to stay. Location was excellent for what we needed, going to oxygen. The rooms were basic and clean but very out dated and could do with... More

On arrival and in the morning the staff were not friendly on reception but for the price we paid and it's location, it was great place to stay for a night out in NAAS. You wouldn't stay here for a relaxing or romantic break but we only wanted to stay here because of the price and location and it was... More

On arrival I was greeted with neither a "hello" or "how are you". After my awkward check in I was handed my key, not told the number of my room and what direction to go. Thankfully the number was on the key fob, but I still had the task of finding my room. The room in general was clean, but... More

I was booked to stay at the harbour for 3 nights in April, but checked out after the first night! The room was terrible! Cold, damp and dirty! I have never experienced such an unprofessional check in from the lady on reception. Down right rude would be the best way to describe it! The free wifi which the hotel advertises... More
