Springfield B&B combines Georgian elegance and taste with a warm welcome and a down to earth homeliness. The house is filled with paintings and treasures. It is a delight to breakfast in the sumptuous dining room or simply to relax with a coffee in the conservatory. Many thanks to Libby for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We are... More

All the staff were very welcoming, no more could be done to make our stay more pleasant! The house & grounds were stunning and kept to the highest standard. The breakfast was simply fantastic & catered for everyone's own specific needs including any allergy requirements! Would definitely revisit and recommend to anyone.

We stayed in the B&B while attending a wedding in the Village at Lyons. The house is amazing, full of positivity and character. Will definitely return at some point. Springfield kisses (cakes) lovely, and plenty of tea and coffee. Libby was very personable and welcoming, great time, shame it was only for one night, Dave/Greg and Anne Marie

Myself and my.partner stayed here while attending a wedding in barberstown Castle. the owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and quiet. We stayed in the gatehouse which is not as grand as the main house but is still very nice. The breakfast is amazing, one of the best I've ever had while staying anywhere. I'd definitely... More

We stayed here on a business trip and booked three rooms. We were made to feel very welcome. Libby's cooking is fantastic, must try her sweets. Her hospitality is second to none, I would highly recommend this beautiful place and would definitely stay here again.

This is an imposing house situated on the edge of Celbridge in pleasant grounds. The rooms are grand and tastefully furnished with period furniture, paintings and other antique items. At the same time it offers mod cons and comfort and it was useful having a small lounge where we could meet as there was a group of us. The dining... More

Stayed here while attending a wedding in nearby Village at Lyons. I cannot recommend this place enough. House is amazing, we stayed in the spiral room with 2 double beds. We were served tea/coffee and baked treats on arrival and had an amazing breakfast with all you could ask for. The owner is very friendly and even dropped us over... More

I regularly stay in Dublin and a couple of months ago I didn't want to stay in the busy city centre so the office booked me to Springfield. It's a really nice house and gardens and your host Libby you won't find nicer or better. She treats like your part of the family. So I highly recommend it . Ray.

Was attending a wedding in Celbridge, so just stumbled across this B&B by accident. It turned out to be one of the best stays I've had in a B&B ever. Libby, the owner, is such a genuinely warm & welcoming person, that the tone was set from the moment of arriving. The house has been lovingly restored with some beautiful... More
