My husband and I and our 22 month old stayed here for four nights very recently. We had the most lovely few days with excellent food and lots of long walks along the coast and on the local beaches. The staff were so friendly. Thanks to a listening in service (a facility that allow the reception staff to listening into... More

Renvyle House is a pleasant place to go for a relaxing break. If staying in the old part of the hotel, the rooms are pretty basic and old style. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows not much better. Expect a good bit of noise from neighbouring bedrooms as there is little sound insulation in this part of the... More

I stayed here with in a party of five a few weekends ago. First time but not the last. It was wonderful. There is so much to praise: the location, the friendliness, the excellent food, the fact that you can bring your dogs, the amenities etc. It is deftly the plavce to go for a non-fussy and wholesome break. While... More

My fiancé won our stay in Renvyle which we chose to use at the end of a trip up the coast from Killarney. After a week of travelling and sight seeing, we really just wanted somewhere to relax and didn't know what to expect at Renvyle House Hotel. From the minute we arrived we felt so relaxed and at home.... More

From the minute you arrive at the entrance you just know this is going to be a relaxing break. The greeting from the receptionist at the front desk to the bar man and then the very attentive staff in the dining room, one could not find a fault. As an avid swimmer I was delighted to be so close to... More

Just back from a 3 night stay which was enjoyable and it does live up to 'stressfree' sign. Warm foyer with welcoming turf fires blazing and good food (would like to see the bar menu change or have specials for guests staying more than 2 days). We could see the potential this hotel has to offer for the outdoor amenities... More

While the lobby area is nice, the furnishings in the hotel rooms are tired and shabby (not just dated - ripped upholstery), the bed linen was bally, and the management were indifferent to our three room changes and our checkout a day early. This might be perfectly acceptable if priced accordingly, but it is not. In fact, for our second... More

Stayed recently with hubby, got lovely spacious room in old house as requested, food fantastic as usual, spoiled for choice every night at dinner, super choice at breakfast, very helpful staff, lots of spots to curl up with a good book and forget the world exists outside this gem....... Renvyle is Renvyle.... if you have been here you know what... More

Poor value for money. Decor is dated. Bedrooms not representative of the photographs online. Children run riot from the 'creche' into the dining area during dinner. Far from stressfree. Would not recommend this hotel. Awful.
