My DAUGHTER went to a sleep over at this hotel the front desk person that works the mornings is very unprofessional. She came into the pool area yelling at the lady in front of all the childern. When i ask her to appoligize she refused and threatned to throw me off the property. Customer Service was very poor and unprofessional.... more

Our Sleep Inn & Suites has been an award winning hotel for the past 7 years that we have had our doors opened. These awards are based on guest satisfaction and their willingness to return to our hotel. We pride ourselves on giving great guest service. This situation was the result of a simple request gone awry. As a courtesy,...

We stayed here on our way to Indiana, after the 450 mile yard sale, and were very pleasantly surprised. Room very nice, clean, and nicely decorated. For the money (67 plus tax), it was head and shoulders above the Hampton we stayed in the night before costing $80. Decent breakfast, but not anything special. Great pizza place across the road.... more

We did not wind up staying here, so I cannot comment on the quality of the rooms. However, I can say that when we tried to cancel our room, all within the hotels guidelines, the way we were treated bordered on criminal. The general manager basically lied several times about why we would still be billed for the cancelled room.... more

We do have contracts and rate agreements in place to protect both the hotel and the guest/group in the case of cancellation. At the Sleep Inn & Suites we pride ourselves on our great guest service and professionalism. We invite you to be our guest and be sure to let us know how we are doing.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded me to a suite at no charge as a courtesy since I was traveling with a small child. It was wonderful to have access to a refrigerator and microwave. There was also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a safe to store valuables.... more

What a pleasant surprise. We didn't know what to expect from this property, but it was really very nice. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, which is unusual at most hotels these days. We had a king suite that was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower had a glass door,... more

This place was kind of gross. First the air was stifling in the hallway and in the room. There was a noisy air conditioner under the window that didn't really do much. Opening a window (the two inches that were allowed) only let in traffic noise. The carpet looked as if it had been either bled on or vomited on.... more

This hotel was obviously fairly new and is still nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. My kids loved the indoor pool. The soundproofing was a little weak at times, but no worse than most hotels I have stayed in. The continental breakfast was above average, including hot biscuits and gravy and a wafflemaker. However, it did not have... more

We stayed a Saturday night here while visiting family in Lebanon. The rooms are comfortable & up-to-date, including rolling desk chairs, which is a rarity in economy hotels. They have a very well maintained & well stocked continental breakfast which would satisfy even a hungry traveller. My only issue is with the minor road noise as it is right next... more
