Pros-friendly and helpful staff (Larry), location close to many places to eat, good breakfast. Cons-need new sheets and bedspreads, furniture, and carpet in rooms. No washer, even though one was in hotel description. Hotel info binder in room covered in coffee stains.

Very old and outdated hotel. Needs aot of TLC, cleaning and updating. Way overpriced! This sort of place should go for $50 a night, not $100. Pick some where else if at all possible. Breakfast was ugh. Property just not well maintained.

This hotel is very very clean, I had my month old baby with me, and my wife is all about being hygienic. This place delivered in every sense of that. It is also located in a great place next to the restaurants that most of us seek. Fair rates at a good place, that's all you need!

Because of the SEC tournament it was necessary to stay here when we couldn't book something in Nashville. The room needed a face lift. The furniture showed a lot of abuse. We experienced a leak in our toilet. The maintenance guy came right away but could not solve the problem that night. Because all rooms were taken, they could not... More

The experience with Quality Inn's is always mostly based on the area as I have noticed... Less urban you go rattier the places get... The staff was the highlight of the experience! I walked in at around 2:30 pm on a Sunday and had my room key at 3 pm. They have prepared my room very quickly and even suggested... More

I paid for a full week with check out being on Sunday and the staff never told me they accidentally only charged me until Saturday. Come saturday they wanted another 70$ when I thought I was paid up until Sunday. The system even said I was paid up and i still had to pay another unexpected 70$ they refused to... More

We have stayed at the Quality Inn in Lebanon at least once a year for the past 6 years when in the Nashville area -- it's on the way home. It's not fancy but is always reliable. The check-in process was smooth late at night, the breakfast is as advertised -- basic but enough to get us on the road.... More

We stopped here only because it was the only motel in town that had a room. All the other motels were full. The exterior is showing its age and there is only so much that new paint can hide. No elevator for the second floor which made it hard on my wife to climb them. The rooms were very dated... More

The staff was friendly and checked in with no problem even when I had booked the room on my phone not long before arriving. The room was not bad and it was quiet for the night I was there. For the price I would recommend this hotel if your passing through Lebanon.

Check in was smooth. This hotel has outside entrance to rooms and is 2 stories. The room was clean, bed comfortable and had the extra pillows. We slept well. There was a hole in the wall, and little holes in the drapes. The lights over the nightstand did not work. I think the outlet was used up with a clock... More
