Visited Lawrenceburg this weekend and discovered this hidden gem. Not only was this one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, it was also the most economical. Rooms were more spacious than many hotels have these days. Friendly, efficient staff..everyone we met there went out of their way for us. It is an older hotel, but don't let that... More

We have stayed here approximately sixteen times since the year 2000. I have been pleased each and every time! The front desk staff is fantastic! Housekeeping stays busy and keeps the room neat and clean. :) The facility consists of two buildings with the 'suites' being in the second building. They are my favorite! The room doors open to the... More

The rooms were old, but clean. I was barked at about the fine if I was caught smoking in the room, yet my bedspread had 2 holes from cigarette burns. The staff was curt, but efficient. They seemed slightly annoyed by the fact I was checking in with children, commenting that maybe they should have given me a room downstairs.... More

The woman who was working at the front desk in mid-evening was complaining about having to use the computer to register guests. She finally got me checked in and gave me a room "key." When I opened the door to the room, I was shocked to see another party already in that room! That party was equally surprised and quickly... More

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our king-bed room was fairly small, and the bathroom was as tiny as could be and still fit a tub and toilet. But all was clean, and the furniture was modern-looking and in fairly good shape. The mattress on our bed was a bit spongier than we like, but that is... More

The motel isn't fancy, but you couldn't ask for any motel to be any cleaner or more comfortable. Towels were a little rough, but I'm sure I could have paid $100/night higher somewhere else for soft ones. Even though doors opened to the parking lot, they felt safe/secure. Very quiet area. Breakfast was fresh and good. Everything was spotless, well... More

We spent a few days at the Richland Inn to visit the Amish community in Ethridge and the Mule Days in Columbia. It was amazing at the price difference 30 some odd miles made in the price of the room. We had very accommodating employees, the rooms were nice with a balcony where we could visit with our friends that... More

I have stayed here before and it's always clean and everything works. It is an older motel but they have upgraded the TV's and Air Conditioners in the last few years, plus they added refrigerators in the room which is nice. It's not like staying in a full service hotel, but for the price it is certainly worth it. Good... More

This property is old and needs some serious updating. My room had a king-sized bed, microwave, fridge, desk and free Wi-Fi. Room was clean. Pillows were flat. Entrance is from parking lot, and I was not particularly comfortable with this. TV was out of date with limited TV stations, but it worked. Bathroom was small, and soap bars were very... More

We came into to town about 7:00 P.M. Was greeted with a smile and we got one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. They had the best price and a good breakfast. We will stay there again. I would recommend it.
