We love staying at Richland Inn. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfy. We stayed in the second building, and the layout on our room was much better than the room we had last year. The bed was very comfy, with lots of pillows, and it was very quiet. I had a great night's... More

All the basics done well. Clean, fresh rooms,hi speed FREE wireless and a nice, no frills breakfast. Nothing fancy here, but in a great location. I have stayed here many times and never found a problem. Great staff...a very nice business stay. Also have a truck,Rv parking area.

Stayed here for a week on business. Very clean, inside and out. Friendly staff. Basic hotel but comfortable. Love all the bed pillows. Breakfast was fair. Needs more hot items but good overall. Great shower too. Lots of hot water. Very quiet at night. Many stores, restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend again for basic needs and comfort.

Stayed one night while in town for a funeral. This is the best Lawrenceburg has to offer. The motel is very plain and simply a place to sleep and shower. The best part is that everything was very clean. Breakfast is limited but coffee was good and pastries were fresh. The check-in and check-out staff were very friendly and welcoming.... More

We choose this place based on the reviews on this site. The were accurate and the inn was a good choice. The room was clean and perfectly satisfactory. Breakfast the next morning was a continental and the breakfast area was also quite clean.

The rooms at the Richland Inn are the most immaculately clean I have ever seen. That's saying a lot, considering we've stayed in much more upscale hotels all over the country. In Lawrenceburg, expect basic rooms and amenities. There are no big hotel chains here. The Richland seems to be the best choice, with friendly staff and reasonable rates, but... More

Spent one night here with my family. The staff was excellent, the rooms were dated but exceptionally clean and I would take clean over outdated any day. Five of us stayed in 2 king size rooms. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will stay here again for sure!

This is such a nice, clean and friendly place to stay. We have stayed there two times now and it is very relaxing. Breakfast was nice...bagels, with choice of peanut butter or cream cheese. There was milk, juice and coffee and cereal, fruit and waffles. I was impressed most of all that everything was so clean. We would go back... More
