Booked this hotel for a one night stay with my younger sister as we had concert tickets for the 3 arena. The hotel was lovely. Very cosy room. Lovely big lobby and very friendly staff. The swimming pool was a great size work an awesome jacuzzi! It's a 5 min walk to the Luas line which is great and about... More

From the outside and reception this hotel offers much, but the room comfort delivers little. I checked in at 5pm having booked a non-smoking room, to be told there were only smoking rooms available. Well hang on, I don't smoke, under what circumstances would I accept a smoking room? This was resolved by giving me a twin room with 2... More

Stayed here over Easter weekend . Last minute booking and booked on booking.com. Stayed in room 205 lovely huge balcony overlooking Shamrock Rovers. Room clean, bright. Towels changed daily. Drink prices reasonable . Food very good. Breakfast very expensive so best to eat in the square or buy groceries from Lidl which is conveniently located underneath hotel. Staff are very... More

My friend and I stayed at this hotel while on a short holiday in Dublin. The first thing we noticed was how friendly and accommodating the staff were as although check-in was meant to be at 2pm we initially arrived at 11am to drop off our bags at the desk but the receptionist found for us an available room and... Firstly I'd like to say that the all the staff are very nice and made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately it seems like we were a bit unlucky with the dates as there were late parties (two days in a row) which kept us up; then there was a mistaken automated phone call at... More

Underground parking for hotel users. You must park in hotel spaces as other spaces belong to the shopping centre and you run the risk of being clamped. You maybe have to pass the toll bridge be wary you could face charges or fines if not payed promptly. Disabled access level and lifts for crutches or wheelchair. Ask for rooms higher... More

This hotel was lovely. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly lady. We were given a room without a balcony and she changed us to a smoking room with a balcony for free. We found that the room we were in (106) was rather close to the function room and this meant that we were able to... More
