I have stayed in the Citywest twice and it is the best night's sleep you will ever have in a hotel; I have even stayed there during the BODOG World Grand Prix Darts and I still had the same peaceful nites sleep. The beds are absolutely HUGE & the curtains completely black out the room so it is very hard to...

The Citywest hotel is simply enormous. I've stayed here twice on business and it's been a pleasant experience. Despite the size, the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is a bit odd in places, with unrelated themes cropping up randomly. Decent enough restaurant and bars. Plenty of space in public areas to work...

Within two minutes of check-in, my husband and I were locked in the lift between floors. I had to use my mobile phone to phone reception to get somebody to rescue us. This didn't take long. The duty manager took my husbands Health and Safety comments and promised something would be done...... He compensated us for our ordeal but the...

It is in the west/south part of Dublin, about 40-45 min by train to city centre. Perfect if you have business to attend around Citywest area. It is a huge underused hotel. It is not a...

Stayed here Jan 21-23 for my husbands 40th birthday. We checked into the Executive Suite which was just as we expected - very good. Spacious, comfortable, well decorated. After a couple of hours the Manager contacted us to say there were provlems with the heating and hot water in the suite and we would need to move. They moved us...

Stayed here mid week. Rooms where nice and big. Think i booked the superior. It was nice well lit and big. The grounds are very nice but i didn't have time to see them. the bar and lobby are relaxed and well laid out. Its a bit out of the way I wouldn't like to do an airport run a...

6 of us stayed here during the darts in 2011 as it was at the conference centre at the resort. On our arrival at the resort we were met with large groups drinking outside the front door, the theme for the night.
Check in was busy but not too long a wait (5-10m), and we headed for our rooms. The...
