Visited here with family for 2 nights, the hotel was lovely and so close to the tram which takes you into Dublin at a low price and within 30 minutes. The only thing I felt let the hotel down was that the rooms weren't as clean as I would have hoped from such a lovely, busy hotel! However, the lovely... More

Arrived for the Weekend after a long working week. After a lengthy check in we arrived in the room, not anything fantastic as one would expect for the price, as we went to go to bed later on there was BLOOD on the sheets, I kid you not.. Blood! Obviously the linens are not changed. . Or even inspected, Dear... More

stayed for 1 night here mid July as a treat for myself and my partner. Staff are very attentive and always had a smile on their faces. Decoration in the hotel is lovely, antique styled wall paintings and drapes. Food in the morning was excellent, buffet style and all you can eat, very reasonable. I would certainly treat myself to... I recently stayed here with my family for the weekend.. I have to say that their site is huge. Golf course, conferencing, and 700+ bedrooms. You would think that nothing could go wrong... The corridors look like they are from The Shining.. and with being such a busy hotel.. The fact that they only have one lift in the Swift... More

Have stayed at Citywest many times over the years and found it to be outstanding. However on this occasion 22nd - 25th August was very dissapointed, especially as taking our son & Grandson with us. The Hotel was very busy, having said that it was well staffed. The big down point was "Breakfast", on Sunday morning we went to Breakfast... More

Overall the stay was a lot less enjoyable than our last stay 3 years ago. We received a family room 3 years ago which was big on the ground floor backing onto the car park and as such we brought a travel cot for one child but the room we were assigned was small and had an extra single bed... More

I have often stayed here and really like the hotel. As always the room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, breakfast was disappointing. There were no croissants available even after asking for some. Also the move towards a more family orientated hotel means that the number of children in the breakfast room makes it less suitable to have any... More

Citywest is a huge hotel and so to stay here on a night when it is full with various events going on you would probably expect some issues. In that respect we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was efficient despite it being busy and the receptionist who dealt with us was very pleasant. We had a few drinks in the... More

Stayed here in august with my husband and 4 children ages 11 / 8 / 4 / 2. The staff were brilliant dealing with the amount of visitors staying. The hotel is huge and 2 separate wings we got lost trying to find our room. Staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Great entertainment for the kids at... More

We are just back from a night in City west. We availed of there "tayto park" package which consisted of a family room, a meal in the Hibernian bistro and tickets for entry to tayto park in country meath. When we arrived to check in my wife thought that the receptionist was very matter of fact and didn't explain to... More
