Myself and my husband held our wedding here on Saturday and we cannot thank Ulick, Majella and every single member of staff enough for an amazing weekend. It was perfect from start to finish and the attention to detail was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Spa Hotel for a wedding venue, any event or... More

The spa hotel hosted my daughters wedding and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel. Staff were excellent from the lady in reception who managed to get me and my children into a room at 10.30 despite the hotel being full from the night before to all the waiting and bar staff at the wedding itself. Haven't been to... More

Myself and my husband was attending a wedding in nearby Leixlip and stayed at the Lucan spa hotel. It's not a spa at all so don't know why it's called that- very confusing. We booked a double room as a couple but was disappointed to find that the receptionist had given us a room with 2 single beds!!!! The rooms... More

The staff is friendly and at your disposal but the rooms are small, very old fashioned and the location is far from the places of interests. It is also difficult to find through gps as thee road is not on the maps. Not a very good value for money.

Stayed one night in the Spa Hotel in Lucan and one night was more than enough. I hate giving this negative review, but people need to know. When I entered the room, the windows were wide open, over the main road. The reason?? There must have been a chain smoker or two in the room., The staff must have known... More

Stayed here for one night as we were attending a function nearby. For one nights accommodation and breakfast cost €89. This was so not worth the price. I hate giving negative reviews but feel that people should know what to expect before they spend this amount of money. Pros - friendly staff. Cons - 1) this hotel is very dated... More

Stayed here on 2nd August, 2014 with my husband. We paid €99 in total for 1 night B & B and a 2 course evening meal with tea/coffee for each of us, which was served in the bar - this was very good value for money on a Saturday night in Dublin. We booked this deal directly with the hotel.... More

Stayed here two nights to and from Killarney. When coach drew in the hotel reminded me of Bates Motel in Physco from the outside. Pros: -We were made welcome and the evening meal was more than enough and well cooked with plenty of vegetables.Daily newspaper supplied. Cons - rooms advertised as having bath/shower which I understood would mean a shower... More

We did our wedding at Lucan Spa Hotel and it was the best decision we've ever made! We have friends that had got married in the same hotel and their fabulous experience corroborated our decision. We wanted to do an outdoor ceremony with white wooden chairs, which the hotel purchased specially for us! We went for only vegetarian options for... More
