My wife & I stayed at Tinode House upon our arrival in Dublin & then again on our return after three weeks touring Ireland. We were treated like family. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was ample & delicious. The location was quiet & convenient as we were dependent on public transportation into the center of town. The owner, PJ... more

Tinode House and PJ are great! The house itself is quite charming, and our room was spacious, yet cozy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tinode House is very convenient to the buses that run to and from Dublin. PJ is very helpful on what to do in town. Good luck with your surgery, PJ. We hope you will recover quickly. more

This is a very small B&B, only 4 rooms, and the Staff consists of PJ & his wife Maureen. You get a very personal touch & warm friendly greeting when you arrive. Since it is located on a main bus & taxi route, 10 mins from airport & 10 mins from Dublin City Centre, it is the perfect spot. I... more

We stayed for two nights and were so impressed by the service! My fiance has a food allergy, and the owner actually went out to buy extra breakfast food to accommodate us. The room was fantastic (and very clean), and the garden downstairs is lovely. Very conveniently located - we easily went back and forth from downtown Dublin via bus,... more

After reading the reviews on Tinode House, I didn't hesitate to book a room for my stay in Dublin. It didn't let me down!!! PJ and his wife make sure you have a nice comfortable stay. It is very easy to get there from the airport. Also, there are a lot of buses that pass by to downtown, so location... more

This was likely the best B&B we encountered on our trip - convenient, accomodating, and good value. Location could be the only downside and relative to city-centre could be a bit of a drawback for some. It's out of walking distance (for me know, though in my Backpacking days I wouldn't hesitate to head out on foot) to the city-centre,... more

PJ and Maureen were very welcoming and friendly. We got there early in the morning, they served us tea and biscuits. We were there for the U2 concert and PJ gave us information on all the "U2 sites of Dublin". He also advised us on which buses to take and where to go. We had to have our breakfast orders... more

Tinode House is extremely clean and well organized. Our room and en suite bath were both nice size, but there was also a comfortable conservatory and rear garden available. It's a safe neighborhood on several bus routes that run directly to/from the city centre. In the other direction, the airport is only minutes away. (Our room, as I believe most... more

I had a two-day conference in Croke park last week so booked to stay at Tinode house as it is only about 10-15min walk from Croke park. I was given a family room as thats all that was left and paid 55euro per night for it. It was superb and great size - a lot of room for just myself.... more
