This was the best weekend we have had in a very long time. The hotel was beautiful, it was modern, clean and comfortable. Can't complain about any aspect of this wonderful hotel and spa. Everything was super, from check in to check out. Super staff, all very willing to sort things out if need be. What an experience, will be... More

Booked O55 package here in May this year - a four night/day activity holiday. Finding the hotel was slightly difficult but the welcome was 100% from Rachael and Leona in Reception, Ronan in the bar and Aine and Laura in the dining room. Rooms were spacious, plenty of parking spaces; food was excellent and the entertainment laid on was enjoyable.... More

Room excellent bed very soft and bathroom spotless. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful. We had a deal which included a... More

Stayed for a weekend break. The hotel is in town centre but has good parking. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was good and evening meal was first class. Have entertainment in main bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. The hotel is used as a wedding venue which meant Saturday night was very noisy to around three in the... More

Just back from a Spa weekend with a friend and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of any age. From the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough for us - both in the hotel and the Spa. We had been told when we booked our room was above the function room and there were wedding on both... More

Villa Rose is a family run hotel and the hands-on approach is evident. There is a large new extension to the rear (reception is located here). There was a wedding on one of the nights we stayed. The function room is on the ground floor - so recommend stay in upper floor (250 - 274). One entrance is from the... More

Lovely hotel. I would have given a 4 but for two things: 1) That mad notice that you would be charged 50 Euro if had food or drink in the room. Very intimidating! I had a coffee cup from walk around town and asked reception if would be charged 50 Euro if put in room waste basket.... She said the... More

Superb. my wife and I had our wedding reception here, 2 years ago, and the staff remembered us, which was lovely. Regardless of that, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and spacious, particularly because we were given a free upgrade due to our 'almost' 2 year anniversary. I'm really glad to see that the... More
