Covers all your needs when travelling in a motorhome, hard standing, electric hook up, showers and kitchen and lounge area. Quiet at night with suitable lighting. We paid 25 euro for one motorhome and two adults for one night.

Thank you for taking the time to write about us. As our first guests on our first day open for the season we were a bit less prepared than we would like to have been for welcoming you to our small family run site. Now the sun is shining and everything is back to normal. More

We were brought here by a friend from Ennis, and couldn't have been happier with his recommendation. The nicest lady runs this place, she's very helpful and conversational, and gives the whole place a very relaxed and welcome feel. We set up our tent in a small secluded part of the grounds that was walled on all sides with hedgerows,... More

I really liked this campground. The owners were really nice, the area I was given for my tent was a bit wet and on a gentle slope but otherwise was lovely. There was a problem with the towns water supply while I was there so the owners were good enough to supply us with bottled water, as much as we... More

The camp-site is set in the center of town, which is good if you like going to the pubs but not so great if you like your sleep. I like to go camping to get away from the big smoke and unfortunately the main road that runs along by the site is very noisy. The grounds are not level in... More

My family (me,wife & 2 children!) are just back from 2 days camping and we really enjoyed ourselves. It is located in a very secluded location in the village within a 1 minute walk to pubs, restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Marie provided great advise on facilities, walks and local attractions. Her husband was... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in August. An absolute Gem of a site In the heart of Corofin. The only downside for us was that we have a twin axle van so couldn't fit on the pitches however the young man that met us on arrival was very accommodating and we pitched on the grassy area as you enter the... The villager of Corofin is full of interest with lovely walks down to the lake. The camp site is small and well run and with a pub just a short walk away for a drink and evening entertainment, the provision of a campers kitchen on the odd wet day is a boon. Running from the village information centre is a... More

This hostel provided a great place for my family and I as we made our way to explore the Burren, the coastal cliffs, and the like. Our hope had been to find a hostel in a small town where we could easily walk to a local pub for food, music, and good cheer and the Corofin Hostel came through (as... More

We were at this site twice last year and used it as a base again this year when we were lucky enough to be in Ireland for almost a month. We stayed at Corofin for our first week and our last. Mr and Mrs Neylon (the owners) are great! You will be given maps and information about the area and... More
