My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week.. wow, that was a big mistake. We paid in advanced and they do not do returns.. The room was ok. The shower head that gives hot water was taped up and shocked my hand! I looked at pictures and reviews but very misleading. Breakfast was given to us not... More

1) The room smelled really badly...just awful. 2) they gave me a "honeymoon suite" which had a queen sized bed and i could just almost touch both walls one either side when lying in the center of the bed. 3) Check out was Ten Am...at 9:50 am i was told that if i did not check out by ten am... More

Hmm...the hotel staff must have changed some things around since the last few miserable reviews. I stayed at the hotel in January of this year. Exceptionally clean and absolutely fantastic staff, especially one of the 45'ish year old men, who does speak near-perfect English. As to those complaining about cold water and warm rooms....dudes, you are in Nicaragua. Repeat: Nicaragua.... More

We had problems finding a place in masaya and since the last few reviews on tripadvisor seemed okay we decided to stay here for one night. At arrival we had to pay immediatly, and they show you a big list with things you are not allowed to do. The room was okay but the bathroom and bed looked old and... More

I was traveling through Nicaragua with some family members and we were told by the locals this was the best place to stay in Masaya. We arrived around 10:00 p.m. and asked if we could see a room. The front desk lady was not too happy about it but still showed us. She showed us a room and it looked... More

After reading some negative reviews of this motel, I was very skeptical but didn't have another choice as I had to stay with the group I was traveling with and these were the chosen accommodations. Let me say that I was very pleased with this motel. The desk clerk is bilingual, the rooms are extremely clean and are thoroughly cleaned... More

Don't stay here. Although their website claims otherwise, the staff is not bilingual, the rooms are beat up and grimy, breakfast is not included, there's no 24 hour room or bar service, and wifi access is spotty at best. This may have been a nicer hotel at some point in the past, but it's not someplace you'd want to stay... More

The hotel manager does not seem to car about clients. She is very aloof. The room we got did not have a window, the air conditioning was not working and the water pressure for the shower was only a trickle. The pool that is supposed to be present is only «in the plans» and I think it has been there... More

This hotel is not what it claims to be. It is WAY overpriced for what it is and where it is. These prices do not even include breakfast, which was fairly expensive for this area. The rooms were generally clean, including the beds, but there was a gap in the door jam so I could see outside and anyone who... More

Where do I begin .. well as a business owner & business analyst for a major financial instituion in the US, I really was expecting a bit more from this hotel given its advertisement and photos and room types (which by the way if you visit their website, those pictures are not updated, so travelers beware). Our first issue was... More
