We have never stayed at a Baymont hotel before but I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is located a couple miles from all the restaurants and shopping in Sevierville, but not too far that it would be inconvenient to drive a couple minutes down the road. The hotel has two pools and both were clean and heated. The... more

We just stayed from June 8- 12. Our room was okay. The main areas of the room were clean. You could find dust bunnies, spider webs and etc... though on the ceilings, under the bed and around the sliding glass door. The breakfast was good. The lady that took care of the breakfast was awesome. She kept it refilled and... more

Currently enjoying our stay at the Baymont. We booked online at Priceline for $28 a night. You can find cheaper rates in January by just driving through Sevierville/Gatlinburg, but the stay here is great. Our room was furnished with a queen? size bed and also a fold out couch. The wireless internet is really fast compared to some places I've... more

Well, you could definitely tell changes were going on here. My family & I stayed here for a brief weekend getaway recently and it was average. We stayed in a room that had a queen bed, jacuzzi tub, fireplace with sleeper sofa. Some of the room decor was still reminiscent of the 80's for sure. You could tell that the... more

Just got back from visiting the Smoky Mountain National Park. We stayed at the Baymont Inn in between Kodak and Sevierville as it was inexpensive and we knew we would be spending very little time in the hotel. This hotel was an Holiday Inn Express until just a short time ago when Baymont Inn & Suites purchased and did some... more

Close to Interstate 40, and close to Pigeon Forge also, I walked in at 10:30 on a Monday night and got the last room available. I had to take a smoking room, but it did not smell bad at all. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be at Holiday Inn Express now days. The lobby is... more

Despite them being in the middle of a remodel, the facilities were very clean, and the staff very helpful. The rates were awesome and the continental breakfast was well stocked. Our family really enjoyed the 2 swimming pools after the long, hot day of attraction hopping. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that it was a... more

We were traveling to the East and needed a night's rest along the interstate. It was clean, but dated facilities, however the amenities were nice. Cheaper than most of the other chains and had an expanded continental breakfast. I would stay there again, if the need arises. more
