Staff was amazing....from valet/bellmen to front desk to bartender to clerk in the little store. They were all great and friendly. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance of just about everything. Only drawback was the size of rooms including bathrooms. A little cramped for a family of 4 with 2 toddlers. Other than that a great experience.

Booked this through Priceline so got a good deal. Great location...steps from Market Square. Hotel has character, clean and nice rooms. Rooms are a little small, but comfortable and updated. Gym is really nice. Equipment in gym is extensive. Indoor pool is decent. Good for kids. I like the Keurig coffee pot in the room. Overall nice hotel.
