Had a wonderful time at the Crowne Plaza. First off they are dog friendly and upgraded us due to my priority status to the executive floor. There is an area outside (median of street) where you can walk your dog. There is a fenced in dog park within walking distance from hotel. Nice fluffy bathrobes and a coffee maker including... More

Typical of lots of downtown hotels, this one seems to think very much of itself. Beautiful lobby but to get food, drink, etc. well, plan on another mortgage! Let's face it, Knoxville only has a few things in the downtown area yet it believes in charging like NYC and are as arrogant about their downtown as Parisians. Overall there is... More

Bid a great rate on Priceline from about 15 miles outside knoxville. Pulled into hotel about 10 minutes later and was very impressed. The front desk was excellent. We were given a room with two beds, which is sometimes tough to do with priceline. The fitness facility is excellent. More

This was by far the best customer service I have experienced since the Peninsula in Hong Kong.... Everyone from the front desk to the maid service was extremely good and attentive. To include free desert at a local restaurant. More

Went to the "renowned" Thanksgiving Buffet this year. Was not disappointed. The menu contains the classic fare, turkey and dressing or turducken and prime rib was available. We were a party of 10 and were seated with in 15 minutes of our reservation. Not bad considering about 800 were served that day. Will most likely do it again next year. More

They have totally re-done the lobby since my last visit in early 2010. It's lighter and brigher and has a cozy welcoming feel. They even have those fun Keurig Coffee Makers in the guest rooms. The room I stayed in had a new renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles in the shower and a beautiful dark wood vanity and... More

I stayed there for a Tennesssee football game. The location was very convenient for the game. The Tennessee team stayed on Friday night. The Front Desk was very helpful in assisting wih getting around town. The restaurant food was good and the lounge was a nice place to meet our friends after the game and check scores of other games.
