Check-in was a fast; I used Marriott’s online check-in app so my room key was waiting for me. The clerk was a friendly young lady. The lobby is very very large, atrium style. This was my first stay at this Marriot location. I was in Knoxville on business. This hotel is not new but it’s in decent shape. My room... More

You walk in to a beautiful lobby! The girl at the check in desk was very friendly and kind. She was also worked in an efficient manner. Our room was super clean and the beds are extra comfortable! We also paid a visit the the hotel restaurant and bar, excellent service there too! We will for sure come back!

Stayed here while in town for a sporting event. Found the staff (both front desk and restaurant) to be wonderful, and the rooms clean. Except for 'dated' bathroom decor and a lack of mini-fridge in the room, this hotel exceeded expectations. I do agree with other comments about thin walls, but that would be my only downside to the stay.... More

We visited Knoxville for the weekend for a dance competition held at the civic center across the walkway. We originally booked a hotel further away but when the impending snow, we changed to the Marriott (which of course meant the weather didn't do anything). Definitely more than we usually spend on a hotel but we had a very nice room,... More

My company put me up in this hotel for the snow team, the beds were so comfortable, the hotel was quiet and nice. The food was ok. Not the best. Other than that, my room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this hotel several times during the same weekend. We check in on a Thursday and check out on a Sunday along with several hundreds of other dancers from across the states. You can imagine how busy this hotel is during this particular weekend. My stay here has always been up... More

I was given a room on the 8th floor. I went to open the door and it was locked from the inside. I went back to the front desk and Sara informed me that the room was an "interior" room and that it had two doors. The maids usually locks the door facing the lobby area. I made the trip... More

Stayed 1 night on a business trip. There's nothing "wrong" with the Knoxville Marriott, exactly, but it's definitely dated, and the place is just... weird. The "contemporary" early 1980s design has just about run its course. Walking the corridors on the 9th floor induces an acrophobic feeling, with what seems like a relatively low wall overlooking the lobby a hundred... More

We stay here about once a quarter. I want to love this place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice common areas and w/i walking distance to phenomenal places to eat/drink. The bad...liquor at the bar is grossly overpriced. No ice bucket in my room (I wanted to ice down a few beers I got at Sierra Nevada... More

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the issue with the creamer, and it has been addressed with housekeeping. We would also like to let you know about a few things for your next stay! Refrigerators are available upon request and are complimentary. The ice buckets are kept inside the TV armoires--sorry that wasn't more clear! Also, we know... More
