This is a decent hotel in need of updating. The staff was friendly and the location was okay but the room I stayed in definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it, especially for an atrium facing room that people walking down the hallway could look into without the curtains drawn. It's definitely a hotel suited for the business traveler.

We felt like this Hotel needed refurbishment and more cleaning behind the scenes! Dirty ceiling tiles, elevators, windows, etc showed signs of neglect. Pipes when around the pool draining out of the building into ground grates- very unprofessional! I personally did not like any front desk staff, the bellman was awesome-wish I could remember his name! Concierge food was bad... More

We arrived late in Knoxville, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. It is located close to the airport. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The manager on duty was attentive and helpful. We had a great breakfast in the morning in their cafeteria (not included, but delicious). I appreciated the AARP discount.

Down town location, average Marriott. The hotel looks like it's stuck in the 90's. Needs a renovation. The staff was friendly, the rooms had dark carpets, didn't feel crisp and clean like I would expect for a $170.00 price point. Not impressed....

Decent business hotel, but do not expect any character or charm to this place, its a bit cold and bland type of a place, strictly decent for business. The restaurant that serves breakfast down has nice food the staff there is very helpful and kind.

This hotel was very clean and convenient to Neyland Stadium. Within walking distance of river walk, stadium, convention center, etc. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived after midnight, and the front desk clerk was wonderful. They even allowed my mother to remain in the room until 2 pm the day of check out for no fee. I... More

Older hotel but didn't really have that feel. Room was nice & ours over looked the TN River. Free parking. Breakfast not included. The city trolly stops right in front of the hotel. It was great & it was free! Doesn't run past 10 p.m. though.
