Last spring my husband and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn Knoxville (Central-Papermill). From the moment we checked we were treated to exceptional service. The manager, two desk managers, and maintenance staff not only were extremely professional but also very personable. They went out of their ways to take care of our needs. Our room was clean, comfortable, roomy... More

We started our stay with this location began with a wonderful woman at the front desk.I had issues with my reservation (my fault) and she was patient and helpful. The room was clean.bare in mind, we paid$50 for a good location close to Knoxville, so it is not a 5 star hotel, but it was very clean, in a safe... More

Seems secure. They even have a breakfast. Our room #139 wasn't the cleanest but it was servicable. Don't look behind the nightstands and all will be well. Dustbunnies, these were dustmummies. Parking lot well lit. Red Roof has an awesome pet policy.

I called to make my reservation. The person on the phone was wonderful and very pleasant to speak to. When we (my pets, a friend and myself arrived) our room was ready and clean. My two 5 lb puppies Boomer and Shadow were welcomed also. This has been the friendliest place that my pets have been welcomed. In the future... More

The customer service was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room, bathroom, pool, and facilities were clean and had a pleasant scent. My three grandchildren, son, and I love the complimentary hot breakfast. We will stay at this Red Roof Inn each time we visit my daughter and her husband in Knoxville, TN. The value for... More

I got a great nightly rate through Priceline Express deals when staying for a week long course at UTK's vet school. My room was large and the bed surprisingly comfortable although it did smell a little funky/musty unless the AC was running. Hotel amenities included a small fitness center and business center with printer, outdoor pool, free parking and breakfast.... More

I stayed here with one of the walk-in coupons that come in the interstate coupon booklets and had a good room for that rate--a super king with a microwave, coffeemaker, and small fridge. Motel is located somewhat off the interstate and on a hill; there is one new motel next door but no other nearby buildings. Check in was efficient... More

My wife, 5yr old boy, and dog stayed in room 304 on 6/19/14. Service was nice. The hotel sits in a very nice neighborhood, and right off the interstate. Our room was clean. The carpet looked clean, but as is typical for hotels, if you wear white socks, you will notice dirt transfer...but nothing too bad. TV was a flat... More

I did my homework and liked the reviews I saw. We were not disappointed! This is a very clean, comfortable stay. Its right off the highway but in a private, quiet way. We felt very safe. Breakfast was basic and free, and we enjoyed that both mornings. We stayed here after looking for a clean, safe, budget priced hotel and... More

The staff was friendly. The room is bigger than your average double bed room. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The bottom of the shower was brown/gray. I wiped the bottom of the shower with toilet paper and the gunk came off, they could have cleaned it better. The sink had a brown tint to it. Also in our room,... More
