Let me be 100% honest. I ended up at this place because of Priceline and this is the first time I have been unsatisfied with Priceline. They have never put me into a crappy hotel, but this was the first.
I was passing through Knoxville on business and didn't want to spend all that much. I got a good price on this hotel (less than $60/night). That was the only consolation.
I was initially happy it was a Holiday Inn, but then I read the other reviews on TripAdvisor and was kind of pissed. I thought the rooms would be renovated, but when I arrived there were no renovated rooms. I was also told that they don't know when the rooms would be renovated. I wouldn't count on it in this economy.
This is a 1970's style hotel. The hotel smells like mildew. The beds are old school and not as comfy at Holiday Inn Expresses.
There is a restaurant but you couldn't pay me a million dollars to eat in that dark and dingy place. There is a PF Changs about 2...
