Great place to stay in downtown Knoxville, conveniently located to Market Square. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We used the HHonors app to check in, select pour room and used the digital key sent to my phone. wow what a great experience. Highly recommend, especially if visiting UT. You get the state rate which is about half... More

This was my first stay in a HOME2 property. I travel a lot and simply love this place. It feels like home. The kitchen is perfect, the lighting is wonderful, and the linens on the bed are the best I have ever experienced. I will stay here every time I come to Knoxville, about once a month!

Staff was super accommodating to our dog, who was sick and being seen at UT Vet School. They were really nice to him/us and made sure we had what we needed. There is a small patch of grass outside the hotel for dogs, which was helpful. Not much going on in downtown Knoxville though.

I have stayed in 3 Hilton's over the last 3 weeks. Everything is nice and clean, even though the bathroom is extremely small for a Hilton property. My biggest disappointment is in the concierges lounge. The other Hilton's have wine and dessert in the evenings. When I went into the lounge tonight, they had left over fruit and yogurts from... This is a fantastic hotel. It's centrally located in downtown - within walking distance to all the fun places in Knoxville. It's decorated beautifully with a very warm & welcoming lobby. We were able to enjoy the Marble City Kitchen during our stay. If you like pimento cheese, make sure to order their Grilled Pimento Cheese sandwich! My friend ordered... More

The hotel is in a convenient location. Only about a 5 min walk to restaurants and the theatre. That's the most positive thing about this hotel. When I checked in I was not greeted or told anything about the hotel. She basically gave me my keys and that was it. The concierge was on the first floor and there were... More

My daughter and I came to visit the University of Tennessee for an admissions tour. The location was great. Our room was clean, appealing with plenty of space. The staff was efficient and professional. The lobby was appealing. It was affordable luxury.

Thought staying at a Hilton was going to be a quality hotel. Bed was fine and room was clean but small. No tub but a terrible shower. It's impossible to shower without getting the bathroom wet. The shower head fell apart when you tried to Adjust the spray. It's a massage head and almost impossible to adjust properly. Also they... More

This is a well situated Hilton in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Conveniently located two blocks from the core sports facilities at the U of Tennessee so would be a great place to stay during football or basketball season to take in some Volunteer action. The reception was very efficient and friendly. Standard Hilton rooms with standard amenities. Comfortable and... More

Hotel was clean and close to Knoxville's Market Square which we love. Stayed for a get-away for a night sans kiddos. Room was clean but was smaller than most Hilton king-sized rooms. Hotel was fine but nothing super nice. $134 price online ended up being quite a bit more with taxes, occupancy stuff etc and $18/night parking was a lot... More
