The food was some of the worst I've ever had on the road, and that's saying something! There were two choices with the heating unit - too hot and noisy, or off (the thermostat didn't work properly). Then, the capper - the last day they "renovated" the 4th through 7th floors, and the paint fumes were leaking through all the... More

Took a trip to Knoxville with the family, and stayed at the downtown Hilton. I agree with the bathrooms being on the small side, but, staff makes it worthwhile. Teresa, Kathy and Ronnie in the restaurant were so friendly and kind. They were paying so much attention to us and especially my children. It's worth the stay at the hotel... More

The Knoxville Hilton is a good choice if you need access to the UT Conference Center or the campus, and it is within walking distance to Market Square and other shopping and restaurant options. It is not, however, the quietest hotel you will ever choose - sound carries between the rooms and between the floors. The valets did a great... More

Stayed several days for business, not quite on par for a chain as Hilton, but the service was good, and the housekeeping was on par, I appreciated the thermostat not being changed. The bathroom design could use improvements as you had to maneuver to the side to get the door close, which would not open fully due to the shower... More

Nice room. Great view. Fantastic high speed internet. Unfortunately two rooms adjoin which helps the noise transfer between them and we got a front row seat to hear a live, 3 hour premiere of a real couple of Carolina. The only other drawback was the hot water didn't last very well for my shower, and it was luke warm when... More

Most of the staff were nothing but great. We had one issue with someone in the breakfast area but management handled it fast and well. The hotel is hard to get into in general. It's on a weird angle and the check in area is very small. I was on a points stay and apparently had the bottom of the... More

This hotel is nice but don't be fooled! The executive floor rooms are less than equivalent to a room at a Hampton Suites. The decor is old. The furniture in good condition but old. They put a power strip on the box spring under the mattress with the lamps and clock plugged in. Whn we went to bed the lamp... More

I had everything I needed at this hotel. Bed was comfortable and everything was well maintained. The room was large and the staff were courteous. The hotel was close to the convention center, but still a couple of blocks to walk to my convention. The big pain was the parking. I was advised upon check in that I should really... More

Because rooms are at a premium in Knoxville every game day, the Hilton can get away with murder. you must book 2 nights during any game day weekend. You are expecting Hilton quality of the rooms, but this hotel is more like a Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean but they are really worn down. The paint in our bathroom... More
