Ok, there are several locations in Knoxville, this review is about 5505 Merchant Ctr. Blvd., Knoxville, TN, 37912 * Phone: (865) 687-5680 We couldn't of been happier with the Hotel, the late night desk clerk, and the morning crew!!! This place rocks. We loved the large remodeled room for the money, which by the way was low. You'll never beat... More

Front desk gentleman was friendly. Our check in (I guess because we arrived late) literally took two minutes but we did our reservation online earlier in the day. Got a discount with my AAA card. Clean room. Wi-Fi works fine. No complaints for an overnight stay. Convenient off of the interstate.

I was skeptical when I booked this room but I trusted the reviews on "Tripadvisor" so I took a change. The room was very clean, most likely newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The only down side was breakfast, bagels and coffee, but for what I saved, I could eat in any restaurant and still come... More

As you might expect at Econo Lodge, this is not a fancy place. On the other hand it has the best beds for me! I need soft a soft mattress and this place has them. The best suggestion for the free breakfast is to skip it, and go the the IHOP across the street.

Stayed here for a night with the expectation that I would only be in the room long enough to shower and sleep. Actually have to admit that it was better than what I expected. The room was small, but clean and cozy. Decor was not outdated and the bed was comfortable. Room size would probably deter me if staying longer... More

We were traveling from the Toronto area to Sarasota Fl. 1st day drive we made it to here and decided to stop for the day. We also were traveling with our Newfoundland dog. Price was good, $10 pet surcharge was reasonable. Room was fine, clean, and bed was acceptable. IHOP and other food very close (walking distances) Nothing wrong with... More

Great staff upon arrival. Spotless newer room with two double beds.. Nice shower. Includes continental breakfast (basic), but we left @ 6 am before it opened (6:30 am). Had a restful sleep after 14 hours on the road.

Who wrote the reviews. Was here a year ago & I didn't have this experience. Dreading that our football team has to book here. Blankets dirty, fridge broke, T.V. didn't work, holes in doors, breakfast was a joke....staff didn't try to accomdate any of these issues, only said we could write manager. So disgusted...hope it has improved.

My husband and I booked a room and stayed on a Friday night to go to UT football game. It's five miles from Neyland stadium. Our room was $ 69.42 tax and all. Well worth it. Room was clean. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I recommend booking early if you are staying during football season. Hotel had no vacancy... More

This is a Good Hotel for the money. We booked on the AARP rate and were thankful it was offered at this hotel. The hotel was clean with no smells. We stayed one night visiting family and will stay again when passing through. Simple breakfast was offered.
