This motel is not fancy but was clean and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was fine. We could have used a grab bar in the shower but no other complaints. more

I booked here for two nights through priceline's name your own price for 60.00 dollars a night and I was more than pleasantly surprised! They upgraded our room to an executive suite for us since there were a few still open which worked out fantastic because we have a 6 month old, so the fridge and microwave worked out great!... more

stayed here for 3 nights while in town with 2 kids for basketball camp. Our group's rooms were very updated with wonderful beds, curved shower curtain and big fluffy towels. Breakfast was more than expected with eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy one day. Lots of bagels, cereals, yogart, fruit and a waffle maker. Great price for a great stay!!... more

I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times over the past 5yrs. I used to be pleased with it but the last two times have let me down. First, I usually get an executive suite for about $89, but the carpet was stained, the HVAC didn't work well, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was barely clean, and they... more

I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave in each room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was not extraordinary, but adequate and included eggs, bacon, make your own waffles, mini muffins, etc. I would definitely stay here again. more

Wednesday before Thanksgiving we decided to stay overnight in Knoxville and booked into the Cedar Bluff Best Western. The rate we got was very good. But looking at the Trip Advisor reviews I got concerned, there are some bad reviews. Checking in went very smooth, but it appeared we were some of the only folks spending the night. They said... more

I stayed at this location on 4/7 and it will be my last visit to a BW. I requested a non-smoking room, but was told that the Internet site I used to reserve the room used a code which indicated a smoking room. The printout the desk clerk showed me indicated a nonsmoking room under requests. He showed me two... more

I was a little leary about booking this hotel after I read some of the reviews on this site. I was blown away!!!!!!! For this property to be limited service, it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, the lobby was very nice, a full breakfast was included with eggs, bacon, biscuits, and fruit. I have to say that this is... more
