located in an nice area near restaurants and stores. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great and had a good variety of foods to choose from. My overall stay was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We stay in many Best Westerns, but this was the best managed that we have experienced. Not only were all the basics done well, they provided special little extras everywhere you looked. It was our favorite accommodation over a 10-day travel schedule.

I had a great stay. I was welcomed with that hometown feeling, the rooms and bed were very comfortable. The staff went out of there way. I left a jacket at the hotel and was called the day after, stating that I had left my jacket. Arrangements were made to have it shipped to my business.

I have stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for the past ten years on business trips. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is much above average for hotel breakfast.

The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I was a bit concerned about nearby freeway noise when we approached the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered how quiet it was inside the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection of food including, cereals, danish, toast, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and... More

My wife mis-booked a 1-nighter recently using Travelocity. When we arrived the desk associate worked with her to (1) book a room for that night and (2) cancel or re-book the Travelocity reservation even though it was my wife's error. The Best Western associate spent close to 45 minutes working with us to salvage what we could, realizing we had... More

My wife and I have been staying at the Best Western Cedar Bluff in Knoxville for several football seasons, and it has become our unofficial "headquarters" when we drive over for University of Tennessee football games. Like most hotels and motels around Knoxville, the Best Western Cedar Bluff increases its rates for UT football games, but compared to other hotels... More

This was our first time to stay at hotel. Everything was very clean. Our room was quiet even though it was a ballgame weekend and it was need the interstate. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Close to good places to dine and near shopping. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Even during renovation of the lobby, this Best Western has not lack in any professional standards that you expect from them. From the greetings to the good-bye.My stay is during the day and I never heard the work being done.

Old and not nice, especially for the price. Friends of ours on the same trip stayed at the Country Inn & Suites and when we visited, the difference was obvious and they paid less. Tried two other rooms since we were told the hotel had been recently renovated - actually stayed in the first room they showed us. Old and... More
