We booked this hotel through Priceline for a short weekend stay. I was a bit worried about staying at a Best Western because not all them are the "best!" The hotel was clean and I noticed that the grounds were exceptionally well-kept. The breakfast was adequate each morning and the woman who was in charge of the breakfast was so...

My fiance and I went to visit my dad, who has just taken a job at UT. This certainly wasn't super close to UT, but was close to the place he was temporarily staying and convenient enough via car to much else. Price was right (always like a Best Western for the price/quality match) and served us well for five...

Stayed there 2 nights on business. Hotel was nice and quiet even though it's next to the expressway. Clean, modern decor and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for much more variety at breakfast. Would reccomend.
Friends, Knoxville is a town I go to over and over again. I worked there, I met my husband there and I love it there. For the past few years, though, it's been very hard to get a decent hotel at a decent price. I won a bid on Priceline and ended up at the Best Western this past weekend....

This was a decent quality hotel for an overnight stay. There were plenty of “anywhere USA” restaurants in the area. From what I could tell, this Best Western was an older hotel that had been updated. It was well kept, the staff was pleasant, and the rooms seemed clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds...

Stayed 2 nights. Right off I-75 in a corporate park with several restaurants (Carrabas) nearby.
This hotel suited our needs well as an overnight stay on our way to Florida. We are a family of 6 so they accommodated us with adjoining rooms, which is perfect. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent. Hotel is being updated to a Best Western Plus.
I was in town for work, and this hotel was perfectly adequate and comfortable. My room and the lobby were clean and well-kept. The room featured a king-sized bed and a nice flat-screen tv. The free breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, bagels, and a few other items. I didn't have any reason to interact much with the...

On my way to Florida, I stopped here for one night. This hotel was transitioning into a Best Western Plus at the time of my stay. The room given was quite clean and room configuration typical of this type of hotel. The beds were very comfortable offering a great night's sleep after a day of driving. There was a little...
