In town for TN football game. Price was right but room was dirty and everything (phone, sink, counters) was sticky. Room smelled of mold. Disappointing and will never stay at property again. more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. When we arrived the clerk apologized that the room we reserved was not available but upgraded us to a king room. The bed was very comfortable. We got up each morning and had various choices for breakfast. I came in late one night needing the internet and was able to... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on March 12th 2009. A few days after checking out I noticed on my credit card account 3 charges for the room. I discovered later that one was for the room $ 63.93 and two $100 charges were for smoking in a smoke free room. It took quite a few emails to... more

Great desk personnel, very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Rooms and property are being remodeled and updated. Breakfast was nice, eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, french toast, bagels, cereal, milk and juice. Great ! Will book a block of rooms next year for our event! Close to mall and shopping, very convienient! more

This place is the WORST motel/hotel I have ever stayed in! Booked this motel through AAA on our way back home from a Myrtle Beach vacation! It is the midway point from MB to STL. Got there looked great from the outside. Had a pool and accepted dogs! INCLUDING wolves! You read that right! There was a man on the... more

Stayed over for a night here. Pull-up car to room door and in you go. The room was clean but small. The walls were cinder block. Beds were small and marginally comfortable. Shower was clean. Water pressure was OK. Interior is dated and uninviting. Noise from other guests coming and going from their rooms. Reminiscent of a college dorm: livable... more

I try to make it a point to stay at Best Western, but not anymore. Best Western must be getting a little lax on who they franchise to. The fridge didn't work, the bed was lumpy, the pillows are made of that cheap shredded foam and they were just thrown on the bed. The high speed internet didn't work in... more

This Best Western by no means upholds the quality standards of any Best Western I have ever stayed in. The room had a stale odor, mold and mildew in the bathroom, ran out of hot water and had well worn bath fixtures, (sinks with cracks, towel bar falling off the wall). The pool that was advertised was not open and... more
