Problems with electronic door lock (sometimes door remained unlocked, hotel staff fixed it but it continued to be a problem throughout the stay ---- be extremely careful when leaving hotel to make sure door is locked). King room is small (to much packed into the space). Exercise room was extremely hot and staff indicated there was nothing they could do... more

I am going to keep this review as short as possible because if I write too long I will get mad all over again. The night clerk lied to us anmd told us there were no rooms when she saw I had a roomsaver coupon. If they do not want to honor these coupons don't get in the program. Plus... more

Seems each time I stay at a Comfort Suites hotel I wonder why I ever stay anywhere else. Exceptional value every time. I hear this is a new property and I'm sure it's a welcome addition to Knoxville. I had a great stay at this place. This is a brand new hotel (built within the year in which I stayed-Feb.'09). It was very clean with a hospitable staff. When they mean 100% smoke free they mean it! :) The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the linens- which is probably why I wasn't able to get up... more
