Saw Baymont sign off I75 and stopped @ 2 a.m. Assigned rm 118. Mold around tub. Stale smell. Toilet wouldn't flush at all. Front desk re-assigned rm 120 or 121 (forget). Stale smell. Well worn. Someone tried to open door at 6:30 a.m. Phone rang 3 times and no one answered when I picked up. About 8 am phone rang... More

This was the perfect location for our fishing trip. Near good restaurants and close to interstate. Very quiet room until 4:00 AM when the desk clerk decided it was OK to talk in a loud voice in the hallway. Then from 4-5AM the office door slammed-continually. Same thing the next morning. I expect guests to not care about things like... More

We stayed here while visiting my daughter. We checked in at 3:30 pm and went to our room.As we approached our room the door was open and my hubby looked in and it was absolutely disgusting...they had'nt even cleaned it yet. Then we saw 2 cleaning people running to our room to clean it! So we waited outside and it only... More

I stayed here as my first stop on a solo cross-country drive. Just needed a clean place to crash for a few hours. Got in around 11:15PM, and was greeted by a somewhat bored, but efficient reception agent. I was given a first-floor room. I entered a shabby and old, but seemingly clean room. I put my stuff down and... More

Stayed for 1 night in April 2011. There are lots of good things about this hotel--extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and updated rooms, easy to find off the interstate, good breakfast selection, wonderful business center, and low rates. My only complaint is that there were some smokers smoking down the way from my room and the smoke started to... More

This was a nice hotel at one time. The indoor pool is very small, but our kids loved it. It was actually nice and warm. The outdoor pool (we didn't use) looked very nice but small as well. I'm not a clean freak, but I do want to feel like my hotel room is very clean. It just didn't feel... More

The staff was extremely friendly but the rooms were not great. Well, not even good. They smelled like mildew and the carpets were damp. The bathroom was pretty gross. The free breakfast was nice but my daughter opted to go out to The Cracker Barrell across the way. We only made a one stop on a very long drive to... More

How can a hotel be out of towels?? What is the night crew doing??? Was given brand new, never washed towels to use since they were out of towels at 9:00 am. White fuzzies will follow me all week! The property was booked for us. Would not have chosen it on my own. The shower was inside a jaccuzi tub... More

My children and I stayed here overnight. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. The weather was too cold, so the kids were disappointed.

My family was very disappointed with our experience at the Baymont Inn and Suites. Our main complaint is that this property is actually a MOTEL with outside entrances to each room. Thus, we had to go outside to use the exercise facility, the pool, and the lobby (where breakfast was served). This would be fine in the summer, but we... More
