This hotel was perfect for our two night stay in Knoxville. The room and hotel itself were very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful! This location was great to walk to Market Square and down to the University area. We walked the Greenway which was very nice along the riverfront. We felt very safe walking from Tennessee Theatre... This is a pretty standard HI - that's a good thing, consistent. The staff is friendly, rooms are simple and clean, fast elevators, and the usual HI "freebies". The downside is the external noise. I don't know if I got more than one continuous hour of sleep all evening, sirens, trucks honking, more sirens, what sounded like a car crash... More

Took advice from previous travelers and booked here because it was ranked #3 in Knoxville. But found it to be a little run down and not as clean as I expected. Stayed only one night. Had a problem with spiders in the room and the bedding/duvets were worn out and uncomfortable. Only pros were the location, easy parking, and complimentary... More

This is one of our favorite Hampton Inn's. It's location is perfect for all downtown and UT activities. This was the first time we stayed here during the first UT football game of the season. We found all of our needs to be met: friendly staff, parking, very clean room; however, the day after the game, 9/1/14, we found the... More

Close enough to walk to all major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Slightly better than average breakfast bar. Reasonably quiet especially considering being next to a high traffic area. Well lit parking garage. Had a very pleasant stay.

Staff at this Hampton Inn was exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, a few minutes to walk to Market Square, where all the action is. We stayed to nights and changed rooms after the first. Rooms facing the street suffer from noise. The room to the back was very quiet.

once again, a perfect stay. Okay, so I love Knoxville, and always in good mood when I visit, so maybe biased. Nevertheless, this hotel is always perfect. I still think the perfect location, if youre not familiar, you can walk around downtown, walk to market area, etc, you have easy parking, and a two minute drive or walk to UT.... More

This is a really great hotel. It's got great views and it's within walking distance of the Market Square (which you must visit if you have time). Also it's basically on UT's campus. The rooms were clean and the King bed was was one of the most comfortable in which I've ever slept. There weren't a lot of outlets but... More

Great location for downtown, UT, Convention Center travelers. Check-in took mere seconds, room was well appointed and absolutely clean and quiet. Parking is at the hotel and is free. Breakfast area was very clean and the choices plenty. The staff was very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Will stay again, absolutely!

This hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Knoxville. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. It was nice to see a number of environmental improvements such as recycling, reusable trash can liners, bulk shampoo/soap dispensers in the bathroom - all things that normally produce massive amounts of waste in...
