This hotel is sandwiched between the University of Tennessee and the World Fair Park, so its location is unbeatable. It is an easy walk to anywhere on campus or downtown. Traffic around the hotel is heavy in the morning if classes are in session since one of the major parking garages is right across the street. Parking was widely available... More

We stayed one night for the Fleetwood Mac concert at this hotel. We were able to check in early which was great. The staff was awesome. We did ask them for help for directions to the arena and they were more than accommodating by giving us a map & taking the time to show us the easiest walking route. Our... More

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was excellent. The food and service in the restaurant were great. We were in easy walking distance of Maret Square which has many restaurants and services. A street up from Market Square (Gay St.) also has some great places to eat.

I stayed here for a work trip recently and fortunately it was just one night. I also brought my spouse and our infant daughter. We were very nice at check in and had a nice gentleman checking us in. When asked if we could get a bit later check out the next day, the nice gentleman said he was sure... More

The actual check in was simple. I used a travel/hotel site to book and still had no trouble getting a room. The parking, from the begining, was a hassel. Even though they own the garage, directly under the hotel, parking is an extra fee per day. $10 if you park yourself and $16 to valet park. The spaces at check... More

The parking situation at this hotel is laughable. There are maybe 20 parking spots and if you arrive late be prepared to do some interesting parking. We were told to park against a curb just out of the way to the doors. I have a Mini Cooper and we had a hard time getting this car parked in the non... More

My friend and I booked this hotel for the Fleetwood Mac concert. Overall it was a pretty decent location. Expect to walk a mile to go to any bars, and there is no shuttle. Parking is horrible. I paid extra to park my vehicle there but they only have a one level parking garage that was completely full, so I... More

Whenever we are in Knoxville we always stay at this hotel. The service has consistently been good, the room is always clean and we usually have a view of the park. The only real downsides to this property are, the unloading area to get into the hotel is usually a little cramped and if you have to unload in the... More

Gym was clean and empty, but it didn't have the minimum equipment. As most gym's I have seen so far this was about average: treadmills, bikes, some weights and some mats. Everything else in the hotel was great.

Dar Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so glad you had a good stay, and I appreciate your comments on the gym. I was suppose to stay a week, I left in 2 days. The staff acted as if I was an inconvenience to their day. It was evident from check in. I felt like everything was a bother to them so I left and checked in to another hotel. I do business in Knoxville frequently and this hotel is located well,... More

Dear Valued Guest, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us. I do understand you have many hotel options when you travel and you deserve the best. Clearly we dropped the ball, but I would love the opportunity to discuss your issues further and see if we can work something out to earn... More
