This was a small hotel next to university of Tennessee. They did a nice job. The staff was helpful and always around. The restaurant was better than most and the service was fast. I would recommend if going to a university event.

We stayed here while visiting the Smokey Mountains, The hotel was a very basic hotel with your indoor pool and gym. Clean but small rooms. not sure if they had a balcony if so, would have helped with the small rooms. We had breakfast at the hotel and there was only one waiter hustling a Saturday morning breakfast.

Four Points is a city hotel just outside the city core and close to campus. Car parking is extra, but I was comped, plus given a free drink being a Gold SPG traveler. As it was raining I ate in and had a very good vegetable casadee for dinner. As usual the bed was excellent and the free WiFi came... More

This is my second time staying in this hotel, but my first time in there 2-room suite. My daughter loved the balcony with the park view from room 727 which they told her is Peyton Manning's favorite room when he visits. Room is great, sofa bed and king size bed are comfy. Love having microwave and frig in the bar... More

We stayed here on a return trip from the Outer Banks in NC to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We literally checked in, ate dinner and went to sleep, woke up, got coffee and left. The rooms were decent if a bit cramped with the crib we required. Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed a bit young (as if the... More

This is a quality property with pleasant public areas and fairly good rooms. The value is good, but my room had numerous items requiring attention. Three room lights were inoperable, a window shade was broken, and the bath fixtures appeared to have been partially repaired and then left for finish work later. The desk staff were courteous and helpful. The... More

The rooms are nice, beds were conformable and staff was very firendly. They have a nice restaurant attached to them that is very good with a bar A few drawbacks were that there is not free parking ($10/night) ; no free breakfast; no pool; no hot tub (i expect that in a major metropolitan area, but not in Knoxville) The... We stayed here for the Fourth of July fireworks and it was the absolutely perfect location. We left the car in the garage so we wouldn't have to deal with the traffic and it was a very short walk to the Park. Actually, we left the park just before the actual fireworks because I have trouble seeing in the dark... More

Location, Location, Location! It's minutes from everything to see in Downtown Knoxville. We ended up staying a few extra night and they were very accommodating. The staff was wonderful. They don't offer any complimentary breakfast which is always a bummer, but free coffee before 9am!

Four Points by Sheraton is a good quality hotel offering spacious rooms, excellent beds/firm mattresses, very well maintained and friendly service. The hotel is located about 10 mins walking distance to the University of Tennessee campus and 15 min walking distance to the Market Street in the downtown with its pleasant parks and good restaurants. During my stay the fitness... More
