Four Points by Sheraton is a good quality hotel offering spacious rooms, excellent beds/firm mattresses, very well maintained and friendly service. The hotel is located about 10 mins walking distance to the University of Tennessee campus and 15 min walking distance to the Market Street in the downtown with its pleasant parks and good restaurants. During my stay the fitness... More

This is by far the best Four Points we have experienced. In the SPG brand, this hotel is more on par with a newer Sheraton sans a Club Lounge. The hotel is newer with a fresh, modern feel. The beds are sweet sleeper and very comfortable. The hotel has been incredibly quiet every time we have stayed. The staff is... More

only stayed one night, they were very hospitable and service was good. They were doing some renovating which made elevators very slow, not a great idea with a large group in house. But understand there is never a good time. It has nice a view of worlds fair park.

This hotel is very conveniently located in Downtown Knoxville. It was just a few blocks to Market Square and the University of Tennessee. It was mostly clean, but the shower tiles needed attention. We came back from a busy day to find that our room had not been made up. They sent someone after we called the desk, but it... More

Beautiful hotel, looks like it's possibly newly built. Very clean and well decorated, surrounded by a suburban type residential area.. Huge downside is paying for parking, but it's all garaged, hotel accessible and secure, so can't really complain. The rooms we had was beautiful, we stayed in a standard king room and it was roomy and comfortable for two people.... More

I come to Knoxville with my family 2 times a year for travel sports at UT campus. We like to be close to the University...which this hotel is...however, this one was not family friendly. No pool, no free breakfast, no fridge in the room, the lobby was a ghost town on a Saturday evening at 4:45 - lounge not even... More

This is actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. This hotel is clean and modern, not even the slightest must or offensive odor. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. Everything was in order with the room, no complaints there. The only reason this location does not get a 5 point rating is... More

We stayed here on the Fourth of July and there was a very nice festival right across the street! Everyone was very nice and the room was beautiful aside from the carpet could use some updating. We did not use room service. They do charge 10 dollars to park your car there. They seemed to have plenty of parking and... More

Upon arrival we had the choice of self parking or valet parking. We choose self parking and parked on the upper level right next to the lobby door. You can also park in the lower parking garage under the building. $10/night for self parking since it's a downtown location. We checked in for our 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday... More

The rooms are rather small, nothing special. I ordered breakfast from room service, it was not edible. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenities were few, no pool or spa. I would probably not choose this hotel again.
