If I had had more time and had done my research I would not have stayed here. The AC unit in the lobby was all tore apart and laying around on the floor. The desk clerk did his job well, but when I had to run my credit card for payment I had to move a rock out of the way and squeeze behind the door to use the credit card machine. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but when we went into the one we were given, there were 2 ash trays and smoky smell in the room. I got switched to a different room. It only had one ash tray! At least it smelled a little better. The decor was county jail. Of course with Motel 6, you don't expect much, but this was all painted white, and very bare bones, old looking. There were other hotels in the neighborhood and I'm pretty sure that I would not stay here again if given the choice more
