was staying on a business trip for a week with my GF in tow and thought an extended stay hotel would be a good option. This place advertises new 42 inch flat panel TV but doesn't offer the basics you would expect staying at ANY hotel. Only weekly changes of bedding and towels. they don't even change out toilet paper.... More

I stayed here when I had moved to Knoxville in October of 2015. Right off the bat, the staff (Dina, who is the manager, and Jasmin, who was in training to be a manager) were very warm and friendly, and made check in an absolute breeze. Was only in town for a week but the room and location provided everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had no issues with noise at the hotel or around the area. Spent a little over a week here while in town for business. The room was clean first and foremost, I changed to a Queen size room with sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and more than enough space. This is a weekly place, meaning you pay for seven days whether you stay the entire week or not. It's perfect for someone coming in for a few days for a visit or tourists who are sightseeing all day.
