This place, located centrally on Kingston Pike, gets an "A" for location. The easiest approach, though, is to cut through a parking lot of another business, which is a bit odd. The staff here were very personable, and for a weekly-rental place, it was definitely above the level of a flophouse.
The biggest drawback, by far, was the size of the rooms. To get the lowest rate, you get a double bed with one end table and barely enough room for the person on either side of the bed to maneuver to the rest of the efficiency. A little TV sits atop of a little dresser, and a tiny round table serves double-duty as a desk and kitchen table. The kitchen (I use the word loosely) consists of a little sink, a two-burner stove, a microwave and a full-size fridge. I had hoped that it would have included a coffee maker, maybe some pots and pans, but it didn't.
