Our room was clean and quite and located in area with plenty of things to do as well as places to eat. Very nice staff and a great stay.

We've stayed at numerous microtel locations and this one is the worst. Where to start......Check in: clerk very abrupt and not helpful. Bathroom: peeling vinyl wall coverings that are stained, almost no water pressure in the sink, the fan sounds like a garbage disposal, no mat or grip to tub/shower--slippery! Bedroom: sheets stained, TV sound is like it's inside a... More

1. Barely any staff 2. Rude, hard to communicate with considering he barely spoke English 3. Way overpriced for size 4. room sizes are TINY 5. Beds are small 6. No cribs for babies 7. Bugs! 8. Stayed 3 days and they had no extra towels to give me. All "dirty".

This place is very dated and cheap. It has not been updated in many decades and there does not seem to be an attempt to go so. It is very affordable so maybe you get what you pay for. First time in Knoxville so not sure what to expect. Will spend more next time and stay elsewhere.

There was rolled carpet in the hallway to are room, It looked like the room needed to be updated, and perhaps that was what the carpet in the hallway was for but it was inconvient at least. The breakfast wasn't hot but maybe warm even the waffle didn't melt the butter.

We enjoyed our stay at the motel. The room was small but neat and clean and provided all that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast menu was excellent.

We have stayed here over 50 times and have found it to be a good value for the money. Have found the evening desk clerk Ryan to be an absolute gem. He will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. But, the manager/day staff is absolutely hateful. I've overlooked this behavior in the past, because... More

We find this chain is pretty consistent and the price is right for what you get. Rooms are small but breakfast is included, not somewhere you are going to hang out for the evening but good value for the money.
