My wife was awakened by multiple bites on her legs twice during the night. The second time we went to the front desk and they gave us an ajoining room (but asked us not to use that bathroom!). I would have expected the room to be 50-100% discounted, but they charged us the full price. more

My wife and I was looking for a reasonable place to spend one night in Knoxville. The rates were good on this hotel so we decided to stay here. The bed was new and very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean except there was some type of splatter on one of the walls that looked like old kool-aid... more

Microtel Knoxville is a great buy for your money. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked it better than the Jameson across the street (and at twice the price of Microtel). more

Was here for a week. Quiet hotel. Ample parking. Clean. Requested a fridge and it was there that evening. Housekeeping does a great job. Wireless worked fine. Billing was perfect, no issues. Room is "small" compared to other hotels, but what do you expect at a MICROtel. Enjoy your stay here. more

Traveling through Knoxville again at quitting time. We chose this Microtel from the coupon book. $37.95 for 2 with one queen bed. They do try to pad the bill with the "safe surcharge", just tell them to remove it and also the hotel tax in this region is a whopping 18%, so the final bill is around $45. From the... more

Spent two nights at the Microtel on Peters Road in Knoxville. The rooms were a little small, but if you are a typical tourist and out most of the day and just going back to the hotel to sleep, you can't beat the price ($49). The room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable and rate includes a decent continental... more

This Microtel was very prestine, everything in our room was WHITE including the comforter. With the lay out and everything being white I thought I was in a hospital room. At least we knew everything was clean. The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed there a few more days. Not alot of room to move around in but... more

Spent one night there and will never go back! The price is great but cleanliness of room was less than acceptable. Bathroom floor was dirty, mildew around faucet handles in tub and sink, carpet was disgusting and last but certainly not least, the bed was filthy! Sheets were stained and comforter had stains on the underside. My daughter and I... more

Encountered the following problems: - bathroom floor extremely dirty (I did not walk on the bathroom floor without towels on the floor due to the dirt). - extremely dirty carpet (I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the cloth was filthy from dirt in the carpet; I did not walk on the carpet without shoes... more
