This hotel officially holds the award for grossest hotel ever! The rooms wreaked of urine, the bathtubs were moldy, the ceilings were falling off in the hallway and some of the rooms. This Days Inn is the most convenient hotel to the UT campus. I've stayed there 5 times in the past year. It is 1 block from the UT library, 3 blocks to stadium. No need to drive, everything, including lots of restaurants, shops, bars, is within walking distance. Security guard on duty. Underground parking. Lobby area is attractive and large.... more

This hotel is great for doing business on campus because it is so close. I use it all the time while helping my daughter move into the dorms or while visiting. You'll NEVR get a room there during football weekends unless you literally book a year in advance and then the rate goes from $50.00 a night to nearly $400.00!... more
