Ok, I read all the previous reviews before I booked this hotel (stayed 3 nights this past week) but I got a great price so I took a chance anyway. I was THOROUGHLY happy-- the staff was SO accommodating, friendly, thorough, and that made this such a great stay! While it is true the hotel is under new ownership and... More

We booked this room online while vacationing in TN. My husband and I didn't have a "too good to be true" feeling about the price because we have been experiencing some really good deals compared to back home in Oklahoma. As mentioned by others, the water park was the draw because our ten year-old daughter has been traveling in the... More

Unfortunately, my son's travel soccer teams continue to book at this "musty, humid" hotel, our unfortunate 3rd stay. We were at the hotel this past weekend. While we were packing our belongings in the car, I locked the key cards in the room. I asked four staff members (including the manager, according to the desk clerk after my description, who... More

These people are trying to rehab an older worn-down motel. Fron lobby looks good, but otherwise it need much improvement. Breakfast Bar - good. Internet computer - slower than dial-up. Everything else - so so.

Buyer beware. Do your homework and know what you are getting yourself into with this hotel. This is a class 2 star hotel acting like a 2ish star hotel. It’s old trying to look new. Yes, the parking lot is worn out and dimly lit. The lobby is tired. There seems to be only one person on staff at the... More

Last night we stayed at this hotel. We could hear everything through the paper-thin walls, including our next door neighbor clearing his throat of phlegm. Doors constantly were slammed, and the family next to us was so inconsiderate, with their kids running screaming through the hallways at 11pm. We somehow locked ourselves out of the bathroom, and it took 1... More

The waterpark is great for smaller kids. The rooms were clean. Easy to get to from the highway. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was better than most other hotels. It was an excellent price for what we got in return. We stayed here twice during our trip as a midpoint from Michigan to Orlando. The staff was friendly and... More

Ive been a Choice member for 10 years and can honestly say this is the worst facility I've ever come across. It meets None of Choice standards---can't understand how it remains open. A brief listing: shabby front lobby, front desk gang member look alike, rude, assigned room opposite of request, no toilet paper, Kleenex, refrigerator, micro, wall decor, unlit parking,... More

The "Waterpark" was just a setup for little kids. It had a slide and a big bucket that dumped water on the kids. But it was great for them. We were right next to the Waterpark and it sounded like it was raining when the water dumped. The room was ok. It was a pretty standard Quality Inn.

Stayed wed Through Sunday Room 225. Difficult to enter and exit. Parking lot completely in shambles. Ice machine broke. Everyday. Took 48 hrs w air On 64 to cool small room. On Friday we returned to room to find house keeping had left door open. Very difficult to close door. As of Friday, house keeping hadn't replaced shampoo, drinking cups,... More
