I understand the rooms are being renovated. But a fresh coat of paint won't change the fact this place was poor. Busted plug outlets, outlets that don't work. Faulty heater. The first room i went to was not cleaned. I asked for another room. They put me by the pool. I didn't want by the pool due to noise level.... More

This hotel is newly renovated with an indoor pool and large water park. The water slide area wasn't heated in the winter but kids still played in it. The pool is a bit small for swimming laps. The service was very good. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and homemade eggs and real buttery biscuits. It is served in a... More

Stayed so the kids could play at the water park. The staff was curtious when and kid push my child down and she had a big cut on her elbow. The kids loved it. There were no pool towels for like the first five hours there. Need to add more chairs parents were standing due to no seating. The bed... More

This was the worst hotel I have been too. We went out for the day every day and the room was never cleaned. When we got back to the room at night, the keys didn't work, every night. The hotel is very dirty. The water park is not worth the stay at this hotel.

Where do I start? If you like cold showers with no pressure, this might be the place for you. The place looks ok on the surface, and the pictures online are very deceiving. If you put a fresh coat of paint over everything, including the toilet, it's still a turd. You may have to change rooms if the faucet in... More

When I made this reservation, I did not know this location has an indoor waterpark and I would be hearing water and smelling chlorine all day. Noisy kids, echoes and screams until waterpark closes. If you have kids, great place. If on a business trip, keep looking. Hotel is clean, cheap / sparse furniture in room. Front desk was very... More

Sara D, I am glad you had a good time, despite us accidentally goofing up your room number. We do strive for perfection, however, sometimes it gets the best of us! Thank you for your understanding, and patience! We are, in fact having boilers installed in the coming weeks to make the water park warm! We are very excited about... More

When we first checked in, the noise from the water park in the concrete courtyard of this hotel was making us miserable. However, we made a quick trip to the front desk and the *very* friendly staff member allowed us to re-locate to a much more quiet area of the hotel where we heard no noise, other than the early-morning... I do understand that when your paying $60.00 per night you cannot expect a 4 star resort but the room that I was in was nasty. When I walked in I was over taken with chemical fumes. I reported it but nothing was done. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it and it was half white and... More

Wow. Where to start? The bet thing about this hotel is the indoor water park. It is great fun for kids. The front desk staff is very nice. It's downhill from there. First of all, the rooms are terrible. Cigarette stains on the tub, dirty bedspreads, rusted towel racks, hair everywhere, moldy chairs, lukewarm at best shower, a half spray... More
