Gave hotel another try after talking to management about my concerns. This visit was much better. Hotel isn't brand new and does show some age. But it is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. If you have kids and are looking for nice place, give this one a try. The kids will love the water park area.

My family tagged along on a business trip with my husband. We have a 21/2 year old and a small infant and this fit the bill. The water was warm and the small park is indoor, so it's sheltered from the elements. The inexpensive price was also a plus. Our room was next to the water park, so it was... More

Weren't planning to stay in Knoxville, so picked up a guide along the way. The price was right too. Ask for a room away from the waterpark which was great fun for the whole family. The close times are very strict, so after 10 PM all is quiet. The breakfast was very complete, the hotel clean, beds comfortable, staff helpful,... More

Our first impression was that the hotel was closed and that our reservation was a scam. The outside is not very attractive and the lot was empty. There was a sale sign, high grass, and a few pallets. We were glad to find a open lobby once we went in and the receptionist was very nice. The hotel has been... More

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are still undergoing renovations, including the bathrooms and installing new a/c units throughout the hotel. We try very hard to maintain our grounds, however the empty lot in front of the building is owned by another entity. I understand your concern regarding the vacant lot, but unfortunately it is... Found this place on our TripAdvisor on our way back to NY from Arkansas. We thought it was a decent value for the price. The only disappointment was the morning breakfast, my advice is get down there super early! The kids loved the water park and pool, our room was clean and cool and the staff was friendly. We'd stay... More

Hotel was well maintained. Offered full hot breakfast, complimentary. Aside from the usual, it offered eggs, biscuits and gravy. Rooms are good size. Staff is personable and knowledgable of area attractions and distances to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Cherokee. Pet friendly.

After driving 8 hours this was an amazing discovery along our trip!! The pool/water park area was just what our family ALL needed. Something for everyone: Small kids a splash park, and shallow 2 foot end of pool, teens...well the pool and hot tub, and for (adults) me the hot tub after driving the 8 hours felt refreshing!! The staff... More

Let me state first off that I love this little hotel!!! It's my second time staying in Knoxville and it makes the stress of driving across 6 states MELT away. It's beautiful first and foremost, but has a few minor flaws; but it's all age related that ANY building that's had a busy life is going to have. The night... More

I just wanted to respond to tell you how happy we all are in hearing you enjoyed your stay! I don't believe I could have given a better description of our property! Renovations have been under way since November of 2014 and while we are very happy with the updates, there is still more to come. Being an older property,... More
