The exterior of the hotel must have been recently redone and looks great but don't be too fooled, the inside has not been updated. Room wasn't spotless but decently cleaned, sheets were also clean. The water pressure in the shower was not great which is annoying but the shower was clean. Also, a big plus for us is that dogs... More

RRI is always "Hit or miss" when it comes to properties they purchase from other chains. This one is a "Hit"! Just great. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is the cost- it was high even in the off season, and not east to get to. It's a beautiful facility inside and out. And the pool, (in... More

After staying at three red roof inns in November I can say this was the only good experience. The hotel was clean and staff efficient. Nothing special but good basic accomodation, clean rooms and friendly staff

Reserved 2 rooms, both ground level (there is no elevator) and both non-smoking. Called 2 different times a few days before our arrival to make sure the rooms were close to each other and no ground floor. I was assured they were. When we got there to check in they had one room Upstairs and one down. Both rooms were... More

We stayed here for one night along our road trip. Room was very large and clean. Breakfast was OK- not a lot, but fine. Staff friendly & helpful! Gave us a great tip for restaurant nearby- Puelo's Grille. Inn- good for a stopover as it is close to highway.

Stayed here for the Ala-Tenn game. About 15 minutes from stadium. Room is a little dated but it had a flat screen TV, shower was hot and had great pressure, the room had a small frig and microwave, the AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The toilet flushed like those on a cruise ship. Had a sleeper sofa... More

We stayed here in October 10, 2014 - very poor experience. The main reason we selected this hotel was for the indoor pool. We were able to check in early around 1:00pm and anticipated spending most of the afternoon/evening relaxing in the pool. However, it the pool water was so cold we could not even sit on the side of... More

I was surprised how nice this place is. The rooms are clean and very large. Has a king bed, sofa sleeper, dinette for two, dresser. Very quiet and serving a hot breakfast in the morning. Good choice if your driving by. Pets stay free.

This place is super quaint. Very close to the highway and near many attractions. Clean, quiet. The rooms are super spacious and the bed was warm and soft. Nothing to complain about! Front desk was nice. Great choice. However, there is no elevator, only a set of carpeted wooden banister stairs.

We traveled to Tennessee from Arizona to do some house-hunting. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The staff is great and very friendly. The hotel is the cleanest we have EVER stayed in - passing the white-sock test, meaning waling around in my white socks, they stayed nice and clean! We have stayed in some hotels where I... More
