Ask to smell the room first, had to switch rooms due to wifi problems, new room had bed lights ripped out , running toilet and a big time moody odor breakfast was the low point. No juice no milk At six am the selection of gourmet delights consisted of bread slices mini stale bagel and a sad little pile of... More

I am a RediCard member and usually love staying at Red Roof Inn. You get a clean room with the basics for a great price. Well, the price was the only thing good about this hotel. The outside of the hotel looks run down, but nothing that would scare us away without walking in. The lobby was nice, and the... More

Upon checking in to the hotel, the Front Desk person was very nice. As we were discussing price and availability, the phone was constantly ringing and the Front Desk person was conversing with the person on the other end, from what I overheard, the person on the other end was telling the Front Desk Person to ask me certain questions:... First of all, in the advertising of this hotel they claim to have refrigerators & microwaves in the rooms--LIE! Our sheets had cigarette burns all in them, our comforters were stained yellow as if they had been peed on recently, we ended up dusting the night stand OURSELVES, we found someone's fingernail/toenail clippings in the floor, the pillows are FLAT... This was actually a good value considering the low price of the room. Kind of run down, but clean, and very courteous staff. Pool was a definite plus! Convenient to college, not so much for downtown. No room service. Plenty of restaurant delivery. I would stay again.

First we visited my husbands friend last night who is staying here. When I walked in.... The smell of a in process cooking meth lab in the works!... More

If you have read my reviews you know I tend to be very fair and generally kind. This is a dank mildew smelling horrific place. Walking across the carpet in your bear feet is not recommended. I travel with a group that is always trying to save a dollar and this time it is a huge error in judgement. Do... More

Great Staff!! Spend a couple of days in Knoxville with my family and since I'm not really to familiar with the area, I had to ask the desk clerk for help periodically. He was outstanding at providing directions as well as dinner choices for my family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the price was even better. However... More

I had a much better experience than some of these reviews suggest; we spent one night while on the road traveling home from Florida (Knoxville is about halfway). We have pretty low expectations for "freeway motels" and usually use the coupon books you find at rest areas to get the lowest rate -- this is just a place to sleep... More
