Afternoon/evening staff was very rude when came in. Lobby stank of stale pancakes and syrup. Very thick smell. The guy who checked us in was very rude. After we checked in we noticed signs posted through out the motel informing guests that their children were their responsibility to ensure the comfort and pleasant stay for all guests. I really wanted to like this property. The staff were extremely friendly and jovial; they really wanted you to enjoy your stay. However, there were too many things that could have been easily corrected. First off, this Days Inn is right off the interstate with many other budget hotels in the area.
