the motel is located on a dead end road. It is a very quiet location even though it is less than a mile from I 40. The room was clean and spacious and the rate was very reasonable. A free hot breakfast is included as part of your stay. Highly recommend this location.

Really enjoyed our stay in Knoxville. Hotel very good, rooms clean and had everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good free breakfast, it was very busy so tables were a bit short. Only slight drawback the hotel is quite far from the centre of Knoxville.

My family stayed here for Memorial weekend. This hotel is exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with the decor, the staff, and the breakfast! I will stay here again and highly recommend it when you're in Knoxville. Also, lots of shopping close by!

You don't want to stay on the west side of Knoxville if your heading east otherwise you could end up in a real traffic mess in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very clean hotel, very nice rooms, and a very pleasant staff. Two people I'd like to compliment are Robyn and Kristy, both of whom... More

We appreciate the feedback you provided from your recent visit at our location. We are conveniently located just out of the downtown area away from the heavy morning traffic with restaurants and gas stations close by. I have passed your compliments along to the staff. The breakfast is Marriott standard and the morning staff works efficiently at keeping everything fresh... More

Stayed for the night during travel to graduation. Price for a room with double queen beds was under $90. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Beds are FIRM so if you like that then great, if not, just try and rest. Access to the interstate is decent. There's a Cracker Barrel right at the hotel so even though... More

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. There was one person who ran the breakfast station and I am sorry that I did not remember her name but she was outstanding in keeping everything up at the breakfast bar. She was one of the best breakfast bars I have had at a hotel. The hotel was right... More

We stayed here one night on our way to Savannah, GA. We choose the Fairfield East over the Courtyard West because if was further east on Hwy 40 in the direction we were heading. Big mistake we think. Although conveniently located off the freeway we felt like we were in the middle of no where beside the Cracker Barrel next... More

This was a pretty typical Fairfield Inn. The room was a bit small but adequate. The bathroom was clean and well lighted. This room had both a microwave and refrigerator - nice. The hotel has 3 stories but only one elevator and that's a problem if the elevator is out of order. Get a room facing the back or you... More
