Called the hotel to make sure they would hold our reservation even though we were arriving at 4 am. They did just that and even allowed us to have late check out since we got in so late. Place was easy to find even though we came from out of state. They are also a pet friendly hotel which is... More

We definitely would have done anything in our means to make you happy. We could have had our housekeeping staff re-clean your room or we could have moved you to a different room. As to our Handicap facilities, i can assure you we are completely up to code. If... More

It was a pretty good place to stay. The rooms were a little bit small. But, they were clean & nice. The staff was pretty nice. The pool had a fence with a gate u had to use your key - so that was nice! It was close to several restaraunts & even a grocery store which was nice. About... More

We were traveling from Milwaukee to Myrtle Beach on 7/18/14 and needed an overnight stay along the way. This hotel was convenient, right off the interstate and there are numerous gas stations and places to eat at this exit. Waffle House is located on the same driveway, you can walk to it and we had dinner there. We had three... More

I came down to Knoxville with my family and I just wanted a cheap little vacation with my family, and the hotel was the best of it! It was a bargain for us! When we checked in, the desk clerk was very polite and respectable! My family and I thought the beds were quite comfortable for a quality inn, well... More

This is a typical budget inn with outside corridors. The price was very reasonable. We need a place to sleep before driving on. This hotel is very convenient to drive in and out. We chose it for the location. We did not have any complaints for our stay. It was clean and the place was quiet. We could walk to... More

I needed a reasonable hotel while visiting a relative at a nearby hospital. The cost and experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations! Though the lot in front of the hotel looked ratty (needed mowed), the hotel lobby and common areas were delightfully modern, clean, and bright. My room was at the end of the hallway so somewhat dark... More

My children and I traveled to Knoxville for a baby shower with our shih you puppy. I booked a room at this quality Inn for 3 nights. The room stunk terribly, but instead of complaining I went and bought a candle. We had to stay at a hotel that took pets so I figured they all smelled like that. I didn't... More

Judy, I would like to once more apologize for the troubles you experienced here at the Quality Inn Merchants. We did offer to move you to a different room, an offer which you refused. This would have fixed all of the problems that you mentioned to me on the phone and all of the problems mentioned in your unfair review.We... More

We stayed here when we attended the Jehovah's Witnesses Convention in Knoxville. The desk staff were welcoming and helpful. But our hats off to the hot breakfast kitchen crew! Lisa and her helper amazingly kept up as we swarmed the buffet 3 days in a row. They worked nonstop to keep a steady supply of multiple hot breakfast items for... More

Room smell was kinda weird but otherwise it was great. The beds were extremely soft and the price was definitely a good deal. The breakfast was a home run. Be sure to eat dinner at the nearby Monterrey Mexican Restaurant!
