Clean, well made up room. Lots of amenities, and they worked. Great breakfast, really good biscuits and gravy, coordinated by Lisa who was most hospitable. Had us on the first floor which we had asked for. USA today available along with coffee in the lobby. Convenient to where we were visiting with lots of quality restaurants nearby.

I try to use this hotel each time I come home from Florida. I use the coupon from the highway traveller magazine. After an 11 hour drive $55.00 I get a comfortable king bed Wi Fi and a nice continental breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits pastries, coffee and juices etc.. They are very friendly and offer a good... More

Older well kept Hotel with easy access off I75 for travelers going South or North. Works well for Snow Birds if your stop point is close to Knoxville. Rooms have all you need for a night stopover and there is a Great Hot Breakfast to send you on your way. Dog Friendly Too !

After a long day on the road, pulled into here with our reservation. Jason assigned us a clean quiet comfortable room on the top floor of this 3story complex, with elevator access. Area had an abundance of restaurants to choose from. We also had 40 channel cable & free WiFi. Bed was extremely comfortable. My wife said she had 9hrs... More

I booked this room a three weeks in advance for a football game. The room I booked was four 4 adults and was supposed to have two queen beds. I called ahead to confirm the accommodations were adequate and was told they were. When I arrived and I was shown a room with one queen bed. I was told my... More

Hi there Paul Im sorry that getaroom.com misled you about your reservation. Many 3rd party booking sites will do whatever it takes to sell one of our rooms (even when we dont have a particular room type left in our inventory). We have not seen an issue like this with that particular site but we will look into our relationship... More

Reasonably priced. Not far from downtown: it's 10 - 15 min away but the hotels there are more expensive. Good breakfast! Rooms are ageing, though. Hotel ought to replace carpeting. Repair some of the leaky faucets.

Overall, this hotel is good, especially for the price. We come up for nearly all of the UT games, and hotel space is a premium as are the prices on game day. I have stayed at several hotels in the area. This Quality is as good or better than most in the price range. It is clean, safe and an... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, the location was quite good for a hotel on the outskirts of a city, there was a few places to eat and have a few drinks in the immediate area . The rooms were typical for a Quality Inn, it was basic but had every thing, fridge , safety deposit box and breakfast included... More

Knoxville likes to markedly increase room rates on weekends with UT home games. That said, this is a reasonable option if you are looking for a budget friendly room to sleep/bathe in when you go to a game. It's older, amenities aren't exciting. No, it's not a lounge in your bathrobe type of room. But truly if you are there... More
