This Courtyard is good, but not great. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly but it was obvious that the building was one of the original Courtyards and in need of updating. The location is convenient especially if you are doing business in Oak Ridge which is not far. But the price was a little high for the... more

We've stayed twice at this hotel and have had great experiences both times. Both visits were UT football weekends and we were thrilled to see orange and white balloons and decorations in the lobby upon arrival. The staff extended the pool hours for us on both visits so our little guys could swim before going to bed. There were complimentary... more

This is exactly what you expect from Courtyard--clean and comfortable rooms and easily accessible off of I-40 although the Cedar Bluff area can be confusing. Service was polite and friendly. The only downside was the number of kids running around the parking lot and through the halls at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. more

This is a very nice Courtyard. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was the rates seem to be a little higher than average. Overall, I was pleased with my five day stay. more

I always choose Hilton, but this time I'd try Courtyard by Marriott. It turned out to be 100% better, no offense Hilton. When I made the reservation the people were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. I thought this was the right move and it was. When I arrived I was greeted by a very warm and friendly staff and offered... more

This hotel is very expensive for what you get. First, if you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you'll get interstate noise. Second, the beds are not comfortable and the comforters are thin and cheap. The rooms seem to lack detail and there are very few ammeneties. I would much rather stay at a Hampton Inn than this... more

The best thing about this hotel was the comfortable beds. And they didnt have those aweful cheap comfortors which was nice. For the price of the room I expected way more. There were no refrigerator or microwaves in the rooms. We got a fridge on request as we had to have one traveling with our young son. The pool was... more

The location was a small drive from the airport but in an area I needed to go. The hotel was next to 3-4 others like the Hampton and Fairfield (I think). It was in a pretty run down neighborhood on this side of town. You also have to gorough an industrial part to get to the hotel. The standard room... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. I researched a lot of hotels for our first visit, and the reason I picked this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. I was a bit concerned because it only had 2 stars, but picked this anyways. The hotel is located away from the City center,... more
