Checking is easy. Easy access to interstate system and University of Tennessee. Very nice hotel as expected of Marriott properties. Many restaurants to choose from and all within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Second stay at this Marriott property in the last two years. Stayed the 3 nights between Christmas and New Years. Bathroom floor needed a thorough cleaning. Grout was grungy. Towels hung haphazardly. Coffee grounds were not removed from coffee maker after daily use. Bed was not neatly made after first night. Breakfast was only served until 9:30 and I felt... More

I apologize on behalf of our housekeeping staff that your room was not taken care of to your liking during your stay. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and I have already conducted a staff meeting and addressed these issues. We hope to see you again. More

I have stayed at the Courtyard's previously and didnt experience any issues I saw in the other reviews. My family and I stayed at this location for a night recently and have nothing but good things to say. The staff was the best. The lounge was closed the night we arrived due to staff illness and I thought that was... More

The staff was excellent. The room layout on the 1 bedroom suite was great, BUT the hotel is right next to the highway and the noise woke us up several times. They have a small café but no complementary breakfast.

I am so sorry you were disappointed by not having a complimentary breakfast. It is a brand standard with Courtyard to offer a cooked to order meal at our Bistro, instead of a complimentary breakfast buffet. I am glad to hear the staff took care of your needs and next time you are in the area we can hopefully accommodate... More

We did get enough sleep, but we were startled to noise from the upstairs room at 3 am. The bed was not really comfortable. The bistro did have good service, but the classic oatmeal was runny. The room was really average as far as appearance and comfort. I really did not think that it measured up to the normal courtyard... More

When I moved to TN from Cali I needed a place to stay for a couple weeks, I chose this hotel because of location. (food, shopping & what not) My husband and I LOVED this place! We also had our dogs with us and the staff was great, not only to us but to my fur-kids also! Every time we... More

If you like mold-this is the place for you! The minute I turned on the AC it smelled like mold. The AC filters were dirty, I cleaned them out myself.I asked the staff about it and the maintenance man said it was caused by the outside...boy was he right. The outside vents were covered in black mold which could be seen... More

I just wanted to re-assure our guest that all our PTAC units were deep cleaned by a professional, reputable and national company only a few weeks prior. We also have a preventive maintenance program in place and all filters and grills are cleaned on a regular basis by our staff. I apologize for the inconvenience this guest experienced, however, we... This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I arrived around midnight, after seven hours on the road. Lola at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I did not hear any highway noise. I slept very well and got up early the next morning for seven more hours of driving.... More

Sorry. But $200 a night for noisey highway and an air conditioner that turns off for "energy savings" in the middle of the night just is not worth $200. I had to plug the iron into the sink outlet. The controls for the jacuzzi tub were hard to reach and you get wet turning on the shower. I have designed... More

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in your recent stay with us. While highway noise can sometimes be difficult to overcome, we believe our great location, quality of food and beverage and high level of guest service compensates for those periods of heavy traffic. If you ever are in our area again, please contact me personally so that... More

The hotel location is right off the interstate. You hear traffic all night. Additionally, I was on the 2nd floor and you hear people walking above on the 3rd floor. I am a Marriott rewards member who for the past several years try to only stay in Marriots. This was hands down the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.

I am so sorry you felt like this was the worst Marriott you ever stayed at. Our staff always strives to provide our guests with excellent customer service, but unfortunally being so close to the interstate it's not something we can change. I understand how you must feel about the noise, and in the future please let us know so... More
