My family scheduled a stay at the Residence Inn Knoxville Cedar Bluff so that we could attend the 75th anniversary Smokey Mountain National Park, July 4th Parade with a large dog. The location of this Residence Inn was close to the highway but the noise was minimal. We were able to get a first floor room but the room was... more

There wasn't anything phenomenal to report at this hotel, but overall it was a good value. The hotel is close to interstate, close to restaurants (driving distance), had a nice breakfast in the morning (hot and cold), and cookies at night. They served some questionable evening meals, some with beer – things I would have only eaten if I was... more

Our two bedroom suite was nice, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee pot with hot fresh coffee, at the front desk, when we checked in. Only problem was the freeway noise. If you stay there ask to be away from the freeway. We didn't know that it was that close. The lady at the front desk, in the morning,... more

First of all i would like to thank the lady at the front desk, i think her name was Ashley who worked during the night. She was very helpful and very nice. The hotel was very clean and cozy. The fireplace made it an "at home feeling". The rooms were spacious and very clean. The socials were great and the... more

First of all, I thought I had booked the Town Suites, but was redirected to the Residence Inn. It was an "ok" experience, but would highly recommend the Spring Hill Suites in Turkey Creek, which I stayed my third night. It was showing its age and I didn't like the attitude of the women who worked there. The guy who... more

We stayed in a suite at the Residence Inn on the following dates: 10/14 - 10/17. The room was clean, the linens were changed two of the days. You get a free hot b-fast which is nice. They had eggs, biscuits, and meat. Along with the usual muffins, cereal, bagels, etc. The only complaint I really had was the noise... more

I was worried about he location being far from the University area where my family is, but I found out that when my cousins visit, the Cedar Bluff area is where they stay. We needed high-speed internet access, so choices were limited. We found the staff at the Residence Inn to be extremely helpful, rooms nicely appointed, beds comfortable, and... more
