I was a walk in guest at this Comfort Inn in Kingston, TN. Though my visit was short, it was certainly sweet. To my surprise, the property had a very modern feel to it. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and outstanding southern hospitality. Great housekeeping. Good variety for breakfast. Warm exercise room. Reasonable price. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely... more

The service at this hotel is excellent. Southern Hospitality. The rooms are clean, but you are getting what you pay for. Don't expect a 5 * room when only paying $85.00. I am very picky about walking around in a hotel room in my bare feet; however, I did that here. The location is right off the interstate, and very... more

People were gracious, and very attentive. Room was average. A good cleaning to include curtains, carpet edges, and bathroom floors is needed. A can of paint mignt not hurt. more

I travelled to Kingston to visit family & friends for a couple of days. I must say, I did not expect much out of the hotels in Kingston. However, I could tel this hotel had pride in their service & quality. The front desk service was very warm & friendly. The housekeeping was very thorough and were also quite polite.... more

Like many Comfort Inns, the property in Kingston, Tn, is a mixed bag. It has been refurbished, and the room was comfortable; it was supposedly non-smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke. This may be because the motel serves as a lay-over spot for railroad crews, and they are coming and going at all hours. We were there two days and... more

Our family came from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina and of course Kingston, Tn. to honor our mother's birthday. The staff of this motel were extremely gracious and tolerated our gathering in the lobby until late into the night. The rooms were just fine. We had no problems of any kind. The motel may not appeal to persons wanting... more

We walked into the lobby and the staff was courteous from the get-go. It has great handicap accessibility (the hotel is equipped with ramps for those of us who don't like to use stairs), high speed internet, a decent breakfast... and an overall great stay. I would certainly stay here again more

We generally stay in the Choice Hotel Group Hotels. We booked this hotel almost 1 month before and payed 63+tax. Their blankets were worn and torn and burnt spots were everywhere. When we told in the front desk, they told us to change the room. It was almost 9:30pm and we are ready to go to bed and we did... more
