Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Even had breakfast for us at 3:30 am. Completely unexpected and appreciated. Clean hotel decent size rooms. Not a $150 a night hotel but well worth the what we paid. Thanks again to the staff. more

Overall, the hotel is fine. The bed was comfortable enough (even though the square couch style pillows were annoying), the room was clean, the desk clerk was pretty friendly, and the shower included a jacuzzi tub (that I did not get to try out so not sure if it worked). Just stayed there for a few days for my band's gig in Kingsport. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and provided a microwave and refrigerator (an unexpected bonus). Fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious and have appealing decor. The room was very clean and we had fresh towels everyday. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffepot. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was AMAZING!! The hotel is also close to many good restaurants and a few grocery stores.
