If you are looking for a good, clean room near the Interstate or Kingsport, this is the place to stay. Clean, friendly, warm, convenient. The breakfast is skimpy (english muffins and cereal) but sufficient.

Standard rooms with direct access to the parking lot. Not elegant but spacious and pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty sad, just some breads juice and coffee. The staff was friendly. Very quiet area.

The Super 8 in Kingsport is a nice hotel right off the I-81 interstate in Kingsport, TN. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is close to the interstate, but not close enough to be disturbed by the road noise.

We stayed here on our way from Texas to Virginia. It was conveniently located right off of I-81. There isn't much right around but if you drive into the town a little you can find several restaurants and gas stations. We are members of the PPA and took advantage of our discount to stay at a Super8 hotel. I chose this hotel since it was right off 1-81. We checked in late and there were signs posted for No Vacancy. You get what you pay for at this Super 8. No frills, but the accomodations are fine. The manager, however, is very unfriendly towards working folk. The Kingsport I81 Super 8 is a very nice place to stay. The owner and staff are friendly,accommadating and helpful. This is a great place for the price.
