To put things in perspective, I'm a Platinum member and travel enough to be defined as a road warrior. I also prefer and usually stay at the full service Marriott / Renaissance brand hotels, but sometimes stay at the other Marriott brands.

SUMMARY: This is a brand new Marriott Courtyard with a brand new design concept for the Courtyard hotels, which includes food options for dinner and I think lunch time. This is a change as Courtyards usually only serves breakfast. You might have already noticed the new TV ads showing this new concept. The new look and feel is updated and gives a modern feel to the lobby and room. If you are used to staying at Fairfield Inn this will be a very nice upgrade from that brand. If you stay primarily at Courtyards and are on the road a lot, you might have mixed feelings about this new design and construction of the hotel.
