We stayed in room 110 which is in the "back" of the building. Very quiet. Friendly greeting when we arrived and the welcome cookies were yummy. Room is aesthetically pleasing, nicely decorated, but the bath area is odd. Sink is close to the beds and there is hardly any counter space. Bathroom sliding door is also by the beds and... More

The Sleep Inn is a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, updates and had a nice microfridge and coffee pot. The breakfast was good and filling with something for everyone. Their house brand coffee was tasty and strong. The best part was the staff who made me and my small dog feel welcome and pampered. You get a... More

The only complaint I have is they accept pets. I like animals but not in my hotels. It is near great restaurants and shopping, so if you don't mind seeing pets everywhere, then by all means stay here.

Overnight stay here as we were traveling. Short distance off I-81. Quiet. Newly remodeled facility. Immaculately clean. Rooms are large and extremely well equipped. Mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, shower has separate volume and temperature controls (very unusual in most hotels). Good breakfast. Well equipped business center. Free wi-fi in rooms.Staff from front desk to housekeepers all efficient, friendly and helpful.... More

Although this hotel was about 10 miles off the main highway on which we were heading south to Alabama ( rte 81 ), it was well worth the little extra distance. Nice and clean, and right next door to a newly opened greek restaurant that was great! Good breakfast, nice, friendly greet staff.

Stayed here the weekend of Oct 17 for a family wedding. The hotel was fine, the staff made it amazing. Every staff member I ran into acknowledged me, thanked me and asked if there was anything they could help me with. There were a couple small problems in the room but the overall staff attitude here made this a WONDERFUL... More

This hotel is located off the main road and was very quiet. The room was very small with 2 queen beds. However, there was only one chair (very comfortable) so one of us had to sit on the bed and rotate using the chair. Breakfast was the usual for a Sleep Inn which I don't consider great. Would have been... More

I choose to stay at this small, moderately priced hotel when I travel for work to the Tri-cities area . It is very conveniently located. I feel safe staying there, as I am a woman traveling alone. The staff is friendly and accommodating with quick check in/out. The rooms are basic, but has everything needed for an uneventful and uncomplicated... More

Just reading a recent reiview from DaysofThundr46 of this"newly renovated' hotel. Very similar, check in was weird, took what seemed forever for the clerk to come out to check us in. After 8 hrs of driving I'm wanting to get in and hit the rack. He never even welcomed us or said hello. And after giving us our keys he... More

I cannot apologize enough about the stay that you had and how unacceptable it is not only for the brand but for our hotel in Johnson City. I have coached our front desk staff and our housekeeping staff to be more attentive. Again, I truly apologize for all of the service failures that you experienced. It is my hope that... More

Stayed here last night. First the good: Easy to find off the internet. Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. They give you plenty of pillows, which were comfortable. Breakfast was better than average continentals I've seen: had waffles in the flipping waffle maker. TV was nice flat screen. Room was quiet, though the appliances made a lot of droning.... More
