Got what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but was definitely a smoking room that they tried to cover with air freshener. They will need to do much more to get the smell out of these rooms. Probably won't be back.

My husband and I stay at this hotel everytime we pass through Jackson, TN. We would not even think about staying anywhere else simply because it's the best. We have never had a bad stay here. I really enjoyed my time staying here during my business trip. The staff was friendly and the location was amazing! I especially loved how friendly the assistant manager Chris was. He made sure everything was to my liking and I appreciated his personality and knowledge of the area!

Impressed! Very clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff. Convenient location from the highway. Towels a little coarse but no other complaints! Didn't partake of the breakfast buffet but it looked good. Great stay. Great value. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service by guest services mgr (evening) who made me feel like an old friend who'd just arrived home after a very long trip...last room available was "smoking" room so, he discounted the rate so I'd stay...
