I have a family of five we stopped here for a country home breakfast after driving five hours from AR. The atmosphere is nice lots to look at. The country breakfast is slop! Literally the eggs smelled so bad we nearly got sick. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the biscuits but they were not worth the $50... More

We find this motel to be clean and very affordable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We would visit here again if in the area and recommend to those traveling on a tight budget. We love to go, but hate to spend money unnecessarily.

If you plane on visiting the Casey Jones museum next door then don't bother staying at the hotel. The two properties are owned by separate people and are nothing alike. The hotel has had it's influx in drug use and dangerous people which stay there. The smoke alarms don't work either. The place use to be nice and the owners... More

The rooms were nice the last time we stayed here 4 years ago but it appears that's when the maintenance department quit. Our room was still OK, so we went ahead and stayed. The things that were wrong were just little things, but the little things started to add up; the safety latch was broke off and not replaced, There... More

We chose this place as an overnight stay on a cross country road trip, having no idea what, or where it was. As it turns out it was right next door to the Casey Jones Museum. That was a HUGE plus for the kids (I though it was pretty cool too) The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving... More

Casey Jones, famous railroad engineer of 1892 - 1900, probably stayed here! We stayed here because I remember my mother watching Casey Jones on the TV series in the early 1960's. In all seriousness, I doubt much has changed since then. Ok, that may be a little unfair. They do now have electronic locks on the doors. If you have... More
